Dnes s\u00edla stejn\u00e9 v\u011bkov\u00e9 skupiny zna\u010dn\u011b propadla, a to a\u017e tak moc, \u017ee je p\u0159ekon\u00e1vaj\u00ed i \u010dty\u0159ic\u00e1tn\u00edci. Za posledn\u00edch 30 let upadla s\u00edla pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9ho lidsk\u00e9ho stisku o\u00a020 % \u2013 to v\u0161echno za jedinou generaci. Jak je to mo\u017en\u00e9, a pro\u010d by n\u00e1m na tom m\u011blo z\u00e1le\u017eet?<\/b><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong><i>S\u00edla stisku ruky se m\u011b\u0159\u00ed t\u0159eba p\u0159\u00edstrojem zvan\u00fdm MAP, kter\u00fd pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed v rehabilita\u010dn\u00edch \u00fastavech p\u0159i l\u00e9\u010db\u011b po nehod\u00e1ch. Vypad\u00e1 jako pru\u017einov\u00fd posilova\u010d prst\u016f.<\/i><\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">D\u00edt\u011b vyklouzne na sv\u011bt a dokto\u0159i ho zabal\u00ed do osu\u0161ky. Matka ho chv\u00edli chov\u00e1 v\u00a0n\u00e1ru\u010d\u00ed, nakonec ho ale p\u0159ed\u00e1 mlad\u00e9mu profesorovi. Ten vezme sotva hodinov\u00e9 novorozen\u011b a vlo\u017e\u00ed mu do rukou klacek. D\u00edt\u011b ho pevn\u011b uchop\u00ed. Profesor za\u010dne klac\u00edk zvedat do vzduchu. D\u00edt\u011b se dr\u017e\u00ed. A\u017e na dv\u011b z\u00a0nich se v\u0161echna byla schopna udr\u017eet na ty\u010dce po dobu alespo\u0148 10\u00a0sekund, n\u011bkter\u00e1 vydr\u017eela skoro p\u016fl minuty a v\u00a0jednom p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b dokonce minutu. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u010ctvrt\u00e9ho dne po narozen\u00ed se u\u017e v\u0161echny d\u011bti byly schopny udr\u017eet alespo\u0148 p\u016fl minuty. A co je zaj\u00edmav\u00e9, mnoho z\u00a0nich ani neplakalo nebo nevykazovalo zn\u00e1mky nepohodl\u00ed a\u017e do okam\u017eiku, kdy jejich \u00fachop za\u010dal sl\u00e1bnout. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Podobn\u00e9 experimenty by dnes jen st\u011b\u017e\u00ed pro\u0161ly etickou komis\u00ed, ale nab\u00edzej\u00ed n\u00e1m zaj\u00edmavou informaci, kter\u00e1 nab\u00fdv\u00e1 na v\u00fdznamu, kdy\u017e se pod\u00edv\u00e1me na posledn\u00ed objevy americk\u00fdch l\u00e9ka\u0159\u016f. <\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Otev\u0159ete zava\u0159ova\u010dku? <\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">V roce 2015 v\u011bdci zjistili, \u017ee s\u00edla na\u0161eho \u00fachopu je nep\u0159\u00edmo \u00fam\u011brn\u00e1 v\u0161em p\u0159\u00ed\u010din\u00e1m \u00famrt\u00ed. \u201eS\u00edla \u00fachopu byla siln\u011bj\u0161\u00edm predik\u00e1torem \u00famrt\u00ed ne\u017e systolick\u00fd krevn\u00ed tlak,\u201c tvrd\u00ed profesor medic\u00edny Darryl Leong. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">S\u00edla stisku souvis\u00ed s mnoha dal\u0161\u00edmi zn\u00e1mkami st\u00e1rnut\u00ed, respektive se st\u00e1rnut\u00edm na\u0161eho t\u011bla. Nejde p\u0159ece tolik o v\u011bk, ale o to, jak dob\u0159e na tom jsme t\u011blesn\u011b a du\u0161evn\u011b. Proto se m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed stisku stalo kl\u00ed\u010dovou metodou pro diagnostiku sarkopenie (ztr\u00e1ta svalov\u00e9 hmoty u star\u0161\u00edch lid\u00ed).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201eSly\u0161el jsem lidi, jak o tom mluv\u00ed, jako o ,m\u011b\u0159\u00edc\u00edm metru v\u016fle k\u00a0\u017eivotu\u2018,\u201c \u0159ekl doktor Richard Bohannon.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">S\u00edla stisku nen\u00ed hlavn\u00edm ukazatelem zdrav\u00ed, dokonce mezi n\u00edm a na\u0161\u00edm zdrav\u00edm nepanuje ani p\u0159\u00edm\u00e1 souvislost.
