Ty jsou prost\u011b od narozen\u00ed dan\u00e9 a u\u017e s\u00a0nimi nic nehne. To je ale omyl. V genetice existuje discipl\u00edna, kter\u00e1 se prom\u011bnlivost\u00ed DNA v\u00a0pr\u016fb\u011bhu \u017eivota p\u0159\u00edmo zab\u00fdv\u00e1. Jmenuje se epigenetika. <\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nejedn\u00e1 se o \u017ehavou novinku v\u00a0biologii. Mezi v\u011bdn\u00edmi obory pevn\u011b zakotvila ji\u017e v 80. letech 20. stolet\u00ed, ale v\u00a0posledn\u00ed dob\u011b je zase na v\u00fdslun\u00ed z\u00e1jmu. Ve\u0159ejnost o tom ale moc nev\u00ed, nen\u00ed toti\u017e tolik popularizovan\u00e1. \u017de by to bylo t\u00edm, \u017ee se chceme d\u00e1l vymlouvat na geny?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pom\u011brn\u011b nov\u00fd podobor genetiky zkoum\u00e1 jev, kter\u00fd nen\u00ed zn\u00e1m p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 dlouho. Do ned\u00e1vna mezi v\u011bdci panovalo dogma, \u017ee geny ovl\u00e1daj\u00ed n\u00e1s, nikoliv my je. Epigenetici to v\u0161ak vyvr\u00e1tili a dok\u00e1zali, \u017ee DNA se trochu m\u011bnit m\u016f\u017ee. Vliv na to m\u00e1 n\u00e1\u0161 \u017eivotn\u00ed styl. <\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>O my\u0161\u00edch a lidech<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jak vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed ovliv\u0148uje DNA, v\u011bdci otestovali na my\u0161\u00edch a potkanech ve Finsku a v Brit\u00e1nii. Co s nimi ud\u011blala v\u00fd\u017eiva, vitam\u00edny nebo t\u0159eba i jedy? <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">V\u011bdec Randy L. Jirtle p\u0159i\u0161el na to, \u017ee epigenetick\u00fd vliv m\u016f\u017ee u zv\u00ed\u0159at m\u011bnit barvu srsti nebo zvy\u0161ovat n\u00e1chylnost k civiliza\u010dn\u00edm chorob\u00e1m. Jeho kanadsk\u00fd kolega Moshe Szyf zase zkoumal vliv epigen\u016f v\u00a0souvislosti s\u00a0mate\u0159skou p\u00e9\u010d\u00ed o ml\u00e1\u010fata u potkan\u016f. M\u00e1lo ope\u010dov\u00e1van\u00e1 ml\u00e1\u010fata, kter\u00e1 matky m\u00e1lo olizovaly, \u00a0m\u011bla v\u00a0dosp\u011blosti vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed hladinu stresov\u00e9ho hormonu v\u00a0krvi, co\u017e p\u0159\u00edmo ovliv\u0148uje m\u00edru stresu v organismu. <\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>T\u011bhotn\u00e9 matky, pe\u010dujte o sebe, abyste nem\u011bli tlust\u00e9 a nemocn\u00e9 d\u011bti<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">U lid\u00ed se prok\u00e1zal vztah mezi \u017eivotospr\u00e1vou matky v t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed a kvalitou DNA jej\u00edho d\u00edt\u011bte. Epigenetika jde ale d\u00e1l. Prokazuje, \u017ee vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed vlivy dok\u00e1\u017e\u00ed m\u011bnit chov\u00e1n\u00ed gen\u016f i v dob\u011b, kdy u\u017e jsou v\u0161echny DNA-karty d\u00e1vno rozd\u00e1ny. Dodr\u017eujte zdravou \u017eivotospr\u00e1vu, hodn\u011b se h\u00fdbejte, pravideln\u011b a dostate\u010dn\u011b sp\u011bte. Vyh\u00fdbejte se stresu, nau\u010dte se s n\u00edm systematicky pracovat. Vyh\u00fdbejte se i elektrosmogu (kam pat\u0159\u00ed i sign\u00e1l Wi-Fi), prost\u011b jd\u011bte na proch\u00e1zku a hodn\u011b daleko od ve\u0161ker\u00e9 elektroniky. V\u00a0rozs\u00e1hl\u00fdch v\u00fdzkumech bylo zji\u0161t\u011bno, \u017ee se bu\u0148ky odejmut\u00e9 od jejich p\u016fvodc\u016f chovaj\u00ed tak, jako by st\u00e1le reagovaly na procesy souvisej\u00edc\u00ed s\u00a0ment\u00e1ln\u00edm pochodem jejich p\u016fvodce. \u010cili i mimo t\u011blo reagovaly bu\u0148ky na mysl jejich p\u016fvodce, a to dokonce v re\u00e1ln\u00e9m \u010dase, kdy se dan\u00e9 pochody v\u00a0p\u016fvodci skute\u010dn\u011b d\u011bly. Fungovalo to, i kdy\u017e od sebe p\u016fvodce a jeho b\u00fdval\u00e9 bu\u0148ky byly des\u00edtky kilometr\u016f. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Za spoustu na\u0161ich probl\u00e9m\u016f m\u016f\u017ee chov\u00e1n\u00ed na\u0161ich rodi\u010d\u016f, prarodi\u010d\u016f i generac\u00ed p\u0159ed nimi. M\u00e1me to zkr\u00e1tka v DNA. Traumata i vzorce \u017eivotn\u00edch katastrof si neseme s\u00a0sebou po mnoho generac\u00ed. Dokonce t\u0159eba pr\u00fd i trauma ze zn\u00e1siln\u011bn\u00ed je d\u011bdi\u010dn\u00e9.
