V\u011bt\u0161ina lid\u00ed m\u00e1 jen jedno nebo druh\u00e9, tak\u017ee m\u00edt oboj\u00ed, je par\u00e1dn\u00ed \u201evopruz\u201c. Objevilo se mi to a\u017e ve 23 letech, po dvoum\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00edm \u0161patn\u00e9m diagnostikov\u00e1n\u00ed ch\u0159ipky, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e to ve skute\u010dnosti byla mononukle\u00f3za. Tak\u017ee j\u00e1tra dostala zabrat. Postupn\u011b jsem se s\u00a0t\u00edm nau\u010dil \u017e\u00edt a prost\u011b se ml\u00e9ku vyh\u00fdb\u00e1m jak \u010dert k\u0159\u00ed\u017ei. A mysl\u00edm si o n\u011bm sv\u00e9. \u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dop\u0159\u00e1v\u00e1te sv\u00e9mu d\u00edt\u011bti tvarohy a jogurty? Dohl\u00ed\u017e\u00edte, aby ka\u017ed\u00fd den vypilo aspo\u0148 sklenici ml\u00e9ka? A v\u00edte, \u017ee mu mo\u017en\u00e1 \u0161kod\u00edte? <\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Kravsk\u00e9 ml\u00e9ko je pro telata, ne pro lidi<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Opravdu je ml\u00e9ko t\u00edm nenahraditeln\u00fdm zdrojem v\u00e1pn\u00edku, jak tvrd\u00ed v\u011bt\u0161ina l\u00e9ka\u0159\u016f? Kdyby bylo, tak by v\u011bt\u0161ina b\u00fdlo\u017eravc\u016f trp\u011bla \u0159\u00eddnut\u00edm kost\u00ed. Kolik kravsk\u00e9ho ml\u00e9ka by musel vyp\u00edt slon, jeho\u017e kostra v\u00e1\u017e\u00ed 700 kg? Ml\u00e9ko nemus\u00edte p\u00edt jen proto, abyste doplnili v\u00e1pn\u00edk, stejn\u011b je ho v brokolici (110 mg\/100 g) a v kv\u011bt\u00e1ku je ho dokonce dvojn\u00e1sobek (205 mg\/100 g). V\u00e1pn\u00edk lze tedy z\u00edskat i zdrav\u011bj\u0161\u00ed cestou, ne\u017e je ml\u00e9ko. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mate\u0159sk\u00e9 ml\u00e9ko je nedoceniteln\u00fdm zdrojem \u017eivin, miner\u00e1l\u016f a imunity. Ale kravsk\u00e9 ml\u00e9ko nen\u00ed sv\u00fdm slo\u017een\u00edm vhodn\u00e9 pro lidsk\u00fd organismus, je ide\u00e1ln\u00ed pro tele. D\u00edt\u011b na rozd\u00edl od telete nepot\u0159ebuje nabrat des\u00edtky kil b\u011bhem p\u00e1r m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f. \u010clov\u011bk, nato\u017e d\u00edt\u011b, zkr\u00e1tka nen\u00ed tele.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nav\u00edc tr\u00e1vic\u00ed \u00fastroj\u00ed lidsk\u00e9ho organismu nepo\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 s t\u00edm, \u017ee by se po cca dvou letech v\u011bku m\u011blo vypo\u0159\u00e1d\u00e1vat s ml\u00e9kem mate\u0159sk\u00fdm, nato\u017e kravsk\u00fdm. N\u011bkter\u00fdm lidem prost\u011b ml\u00e9ko a ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00e9 produkty ned\u011blaj\u00ed dob\u0159e. D\u00edt\u011b mohou za\u010d\u00edt tr\u00e1pit ekz\u00e9my, alergie nebo astma. Ale jak by za to mohlo ml\u00e9ko? To je p\u0159ece zdrav\u00e9, ne?<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Intolerance lakt\u00f3zy<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lakt\u00f3za je ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00fd cukr (sacharid), kter\u00fd lidsk\u00e9 t\u011blo do cca dvou let v\u011bku rozkl\u00e1d\u00e1 pomoc\u00ed enzymu zvan\u00e9ho lakt\u00e1za. Po dvou letech \u017eivota p\u0159\u00edroda p\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1 p\u0159echod na jinou stravu, ne\u017e je mate\u0159sk\u00e9 ml\u00e9ko, a produkci lakt\u00e1zy v\u00fdrazn\u011b sni\u017euje. S ml\u00e9kem jako stravou t\u011blo v dosp\u011blosti prost\u011b nepo\u010d\u00edt\u00e1. To je kombinace, po n\u00ed\u017e n\u00e1sleduje k\u0159e\u010dovit\u00e1 bolest b\u0159icha, pr\u016fjem a plynatost. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To, jak t\u011blo na ml\u00e9ko reaguje, je hodn\u011b individu\u00e1ln\u00ed. Zhruba 6 a\u017e 12 % sv\u011btov\u00e9 populace m\u00e1 kv\u016fli nedostatku lakt\u00e1zy velk\u00e9 probl\u00e9my s ml\u00e9kem. U n\u011bkter\u00fdch etnik je to dokonce a\u017e 80 %.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Bezlakt\u00f3zov\u00e1 dieta<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nejspolehliv\u011bj\u0161\u00ed l\u00e9\u010dbou je tzv. bezlakt\u00f3zov\u00e1 dieta. Tedy naprost\u00e9 vy\u0159azen\u00ed potravin obsahuj\u00edc\u00edch ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00fd cukr. To je ale probl\u00e9m. Pro potravin\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fd pr\u016fmysl je toti\u017e lakt\u00f3za levn\u00e9 a tedy vysoce pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9 plnidlo: najdete ji v p\u00e1rc\u00edch, bramborov\u00fdch lup\u00ednc\u00edch a mnoha dal\u0161\u00edch potravin\u00e1ch, kde by podle selsk\u00e9ho rozumu nem\u011bla b\u00fdt. Mus\u00edte proto velice pozorn\u011b \u010d\u00edst etikety. A to p\u0159i ka\u017ed\u00e9m n\u00e1kupu, proto\u017ee v\u00fdrobci sv\u00e9 receptury \u010dasto m\u011bn\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Alergie na ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00e9 b\u00edlkoviny<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ur\u010dit\u011b zn\u00e1te alergii na pyl, pe\u0159\u00ed nebo prach. Potravinov\u00e1 alergie je podobn\u00e1, t\u011blo p\u0159ecitliv\u011ble reaguje na r\u016fzn\u00e9 slo\u017eky potravin. U ml\u00e9ka to jsou ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00e9 b\u00edlkoviny. Na trhu se d\u00e1 koupit kdeco bez lakt\u00f3zy, hor\u0161\u00ed je to v restaurac\u00edch, kde nikdy nev\u00edte, co v\u00e1m do j\u00eddla daj\u00ed. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A jako je v ml\u00e9ku velk\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed druh\u016f b\u00edlkovin, stejn\u011b tak je rozmanit\u00e1 i \u0161k\u00e1la reakc\u00ed alergik\u016f. V\u011bt\u0161ina z nich (75 %) je nav\u00edc citliv\u00e1 na n\u011bkolik protein\u016f najednou. Komplikovan\u00e9 je i ur\u010den\u00ed minim\u00e1ln\u00ed d\u00e1vky kravsk\u00e9ho ml\u00e9ka, kter\u00e1 spust\u00ed alergickou reakci. Pro n\u011bkter\u00e9 jedince je rizikov\u00e9 i nepatrn\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed (pouh\u00e9 miligramy).<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Krevn\u00ed testy na IgE<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zda m\u00e1te alergii na ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00e9 b\u00edlkoviny, lze zjistit pomoc\u00ed krevn\u00edch test\u016f na IgE (imonoglobulin E \u2013 typ imunitn\u00edch protil\u00e1tek organismu). IgE testy nelze koupit dom\u016f, mus\u00ed v\u00e1m je ud\u011blat alergolog, nebo si je m\u016f\u017eete zaplatit z vlastn\u00ed kapsy ve specializovan\u00fdch laborato\u0159\u00edch. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ov\u0161em ne v\u017edy jsou testy pr\u016fkazn\u00e9, a to zvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 u mal\u00fdch d\u011bt\u00ed. Jejich imunitn\u00ed syst\u00e9m se toti\u017e st\u00e1le vyv\u00edj\u00ed a IgE je jeden z ukazatel\u016f pr\u00e1ce imunitn\u00edho syst\u00e9mu. Spolehliv\u011bj\u0161\u00ed cestou je pozorn\u011b sledovat reakce organismu na j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dek. U mal\u00fdch d\u011bt\u00ed se jedn\u00e1 hlavn\u011b o atopick\u00fd ekz\u00e9m a chronick\u00e9 alergick\u00e9 z\u00e1n\u011bty tr\u00e1vic\u00edho traktu.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>6 krok\u016f, jak doma odhalit potravinovou alergii u d\u00edt\u011bte:<\/b><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">d\u011blejte si pozn\u00e1mky, co a v kolik hodin va\u0161e d\u00edt\u011b j\u00ed<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">sou\u010dasn\u011b si zapisujte pozn\u00e1mky o jeho zdravotn\u00edm stavu (zhor\u0161en\u00ed ekz\u00e9mu, tr\u00e1vic\u00ed probl\u00e9my, du\u0161nost apod.)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">pak se pokuste naj\u00edt v tom souvislost<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">pokud n\u011bjakou najdete, zkuste eliminovat spou\u0161t\u011b\u010d<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">pokud pak zdravotn\u00ed probl\u00e9my ustoup\u00ed, v\u00edte, \u017ee jste na dobr\u00e9 cest\u011b, ale je\u0161t\u011b nem\u00e1te vyhr\u00e1no<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">mus\u00edte otestovat, zda to nebyla jen n\u00e1hoda, a potvrdit si, zda spou\u0161t\u011b\u010d opravdu d\u011bl\u00e1 tu neplechu<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pozn.: Naps\u00e1no &#8222;ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00fdm autistou&#8220; Petrem.
