M\u016f\u017ee ale v\u016fbec pob\u00edrat nemocenskou a invalidn\u00ed d\u016fchod z\u00e1rove\u0148? A jak je to s p\u0159izn\u00e1n\u00edm invalidity b\u011bhem pracovn\u00ed neschopnosti? Pokud se v pravidlech vypl\u00e1cen\u00ed t\u011bchto d\u00e1vek t\u011b\u017eko orientujete, nejste sami. Poj\u010fme si vysv\u011btlit, jak to opravdu je a kdy m\u016f\u017eete pob\u00edrat ob\u011b d\u00e1vky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Je mo\u017en\u00fd soub\u011bh nemocensk\u00e9 a invalidn\u00edho d\u016fchodu?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ano i ne \u2013 mus\u00edme rozli\u0161ovat dv\u011b r\u016fzn\u00e9 situace.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Jste <strong>dlouhodob\u011b na neschopence<\/strong> a pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b u\u017e nebudete schopni pracovat tak jako p\u0159ed onemocn\u011bn\u00edm\/\u00farazem, proto chcete po porad\u011b se sv\u00fdm l\u00e9ka\u0159em <strong>po\u017e\u00e1dat o invalidn\u00ed d\u016fchod<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>M\u00e1te <strong>p\u0159iznan\u00fd invalidn\u00ed d\u016fchod<\/strong>, pracujete a najednou <strong>onemocn\u00edte<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Poj\u010fme si te\u010f ob\u011b situace rozebrat, a\u0165 v tom m\u00e1te kone\u010dn\u011b jasno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nemocensk\u00e1 a invalidn\u00ed d\u016fchod aneb kdy\u017e skon\u010d\u00edte na \u201einvalidce\u201c<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Onemocn\u011bli jste nebo m\u011bli \u00faraz a skon\u010dili v do\u010dasn\u00e9 pracovn\u00ed neschopnosti. \u010casem se bohu\u017eel uk\u00e1\u017ee, \u017ee n\u00e1sledkem nemoci\/\u00farazu se va\u0161e schopnost pracovat sn\u00ed\u017eila o v\u00edce ne\u017e 35 %. Absolvovali jste <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ipzs.cz\/invalidita-posouzeni-zdravotniho-stavu\">posouzen\u00ed zdravotn\u00edho stavu<\/a> a byla v\u00e1m p\u0159izn\u00e1na invalidita. V takov\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b <strong>mus\u00ed v\u00e1\u0161 o\u0161et\u0159uj\u00edc\u00ed l\u00e9ka\u0159 ukon\u010dit neschopenku do 30 dn\u016f<\/strong> od uzn\u00e1n\u00ed invalidity.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>P\u0159\u00edklad:<\/strong> Pan\u00ed Nov\u00e1kov\u00e1 se dostala na nemocenskou po \u00farazu p\u00e1te\u0159e. Po n\u011bkolika m\u011bs\u00edc\u00edch se uk\u00e1zalo, \u017ee zran\u011bn\u00ed by j\u00ed zt\u00ed\u017eilo pr\u00e1ci na pln\u00fd \u00favazek. Nejen kv\u016fli bolesti, ale i kv\u016fli omezen\u00e9 pohyblivosti. Po porad\u011b s l\u00e9ka\u0159em se rozhodla po\u017e\u00e1dat o invalidn\u00ed d\u016fchod a byla j\u00ed p\u0159izn\u00e1na invalidita 1.&nbsp;stupn\u011b. V ten moment invalidn\u00ed d\u016fchod nahradil nemocenskou a jej\u00ed l\u00e9ka\u0159 musel ukon\u010dit pracovn\u00ed neschopnost.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u010c\u00e1ste\u010dn\u00fd invalidn\u00ed d\u016fchod a neschopenka: jak\u00e1 jsou pravidla?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u0159\u00edve se v syst\u00e9mu soci\u00e1ln\u00edho zabezpe\u010den\u00ed rozli\u0161ovala <strong>\u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u00e1 a \u00fapln\u00e1 invalidita<\/strong>. V r\u00e1mci reformy syst\u00e9mu soci\u00e1ln\u00edho poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed v\u0161ak do\u0161lo k \u00faprav\u011b a zaveden\u00ed nov\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu stup\u0148\u016f invalidity. P\u0159esto\u017ee dnes u\u017e nejde o ofici\u00e1ln\u00ed klasifikaci, v\u011bt\u0161ina z n\u00e1s v\u00ed, \u017ee \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u00fdm invalidn\u00edm d\u016fchodem je my\u0161len d\u016fchod pro invaliditu prvn\u00edho a druh\u00e9ho stupn\u011b.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A jak je to tedy s <strong>invalidn\u00edm d\u016fchodem 1. stupn\u011b a nemocenskou<\/strong>? Stejn\u011b jako u zam\u011bstnanc\u016f bez p\u0159iznan\u00e9ho invalidn\u00edho d\u016fchodu:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Nemocensk\u00e1 v\u00e1m <strong>n\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed od 15. kalend\u00e1\u0159n\u00edho dne<\/strong> do\u010dasn\u00e9 pracovn\u00ed neschopnosti za kalend\u00e1\u0159n\u00ed dny.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Stanov\u00ed se denn\u00ed vym\u011b\u0159ovac\u00ed z\u00e1klad, kter\u00fd projde je\u0161t\u011b tzv. redukc\u00ed.<\/strong> Ta m\u00e1 zajistit, aby lid\u00e9 s vy\u0161\u0161\u00edmi p\u0159\u00edjmy nem\u011bli nemocenskou nep\u0159im\u011b\u0159en\u011b vysokou. Konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed reduk\u010dn\u00ed hranice najdete na str\u00e1nk\u00e1ch <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cssz.cz\/web\/cz\/podrobne-informace-o-nemocenskem\">\u010cesk\u00e9 spr\u00e1vy soci\u00e1ln\u00edho zabezpe\u010den\u00ed<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>V\u00fd\u0161e nemocensk\u00e9 za kalend\u00e1\u0159n\u00ed den d\u011bl\u00e1 do 30. dne pracovn\u00ed neschopnosti <strong>60 % <\/strong>redukovan\u00e9ho denn\u00edho vym\u011b\u0159ovac\u00edho z\u00e1kladu, od 31. dne do 60. dne <strong>66 %<\/strong> a od 61. dne <strong>72 % redukovan\u00e9ho denn\u00edho vym\u011b\u0159ovac\u00edho z\u00e1kladu<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nemocenskou m\u016f\u017eete pob\u00edrat <strong>maxim\u00e1ln\u011b 380 dn\u016f<\/strong> (tj. zhruba rok a kousek).\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00dapln\u011b <strong>stejn\u00e1 pravidla plat\u00ed v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b invalidn\u00edho d\u016fchodu 2. stupn\u011b<\/strong> a nemocensk\u00e9. Jak m\u016f\u017eete sami vid\u011bt, soub\u011bh invalidn\u00edho d\u016fchodu a nemocensk\u00e9 je mo\u017en\u00fd a budete pob\u00edrat ob\u011b d\u00e1vky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>P\u0159\u00edklad:<\/strong> Pan K\u0159\u00ed\u017e pob\u00edr\u00e1 invalidn\u00ed d\u016fchod 2. stupn\u011b a z\u00e1rove\u0148 pracuje v kancel\u00e1\u0159i. Z dovolen\u00e9 si bohu\u017eel p\u0159ivezl infekci, kter\u00e1 ho na n\u011bkolik t\u00fddn\u016f p\u0159inutila z\u016fstat doma. Prvn\u00edch 14 dn\u00ed dostal n\u00e1hradu mzdy od zam\u011bstnavatele, od 15. dne mu byla vypl\u00e1cena nemocensk\u00e1. Pan K\u0159\u00ed\u017e tedy dost\u00e1val nemocenskou p\u0159i invalidn\u00edm d\u016fchodu. Na nemocenskou m\u011bl n\u00e1rok po dobu 380 kalend\u00e1\u0159n\u00edch dn\u016f, ale jeho onemocn\u011bn\u00ed na\u0161t\u011bst\u00ed tak dlouho netrvalo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>V\u00edte, \u017ee existuje poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed invalidity, kter\u00e9 m\u016f\u017ee zm\u00edrnit jej\u00ed dopad na va\u0161e p\u0159\u00edjmy? A\u0165 u\u017e va\u0161i invaliditu zp\u016fsob\u00ed v\u00e1\u017en\u00e1 nemoc, nebo \u00faraz, z\u00edsk\u00e1te pravideln\u00fd p\u0159\u00edjem dle pot\u0159eby.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class='short-code-mutu-button-wrapper'><a target='_blank' class='big-mutu-button short-code-mutu-button' href='https:\/\/mutumutu.cz\/pojisteni-invalidity'>Zkouknout poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed invalidity<\/a><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Jak je to s invalidn\u00edm d\u016fchodem 3. stupn\u011b a nemocenskou<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pokud pob\u00edr\u00e1te d\u016fchod pro invaliditu 3. stupn\u011b a z\u00e1rove\u0148 pracujete, v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b pracovn\u00ed neschopnosti v\u00e1m bude nemocensk\u00e1 vypl\u00e1cena tak\u00e9 od 15. kalend\u00e1\u0159n\u00edho dne, ale <strong>po dobu nejv\u00fd\u0161e 70 kalend\u00e1\u0159n\u00edch dn\u016f<\/strong>. To proto, \u017ee d\u016fchod pro invaliditu 3. stupn\u011b je pova\u017eov\u00e1n za hlavn\u00ed formu podpory. Nemocensk\u00e9 d\u00e1vky jsou do\u010dasn\u00e9 a ur\u010den\u00e9 pro relativn\u011b kr\u00e1tkodob\u00e9 nemoci, zat\u00edmco <strong>invalidn\u00ed d\u016fchod u\u017e dlouhodobou ztr\u00e1tu pracovn\u00ed schopnosti pokr\u00fdv\u00e1<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Co se <a href=\"https:\/\/mutumutu.cz\/blog\/2025\/09\/26\/vypocet-nemocenske-kolik-opravdu-dostanete-pri-pracovni-neschopnosti\/\">v\u00fdpo\u010dtu nemocensk\u00fdch d\u00e1vek<\/a> t\u00fdk\u00e1, postupuje se \u00fapln\u011b stejn\u011b jako v p\u0159edchoz\u00edch p\u0159\u00edpadech. Podtr\u017eeno se\u010dteno \u2013 nemocensk\u00e1 se p\u0159i pln\u00e9m invalidn\u00edm d\u016fchodu vypl\u00e1c\u00ed <strong>na z\u00e1klad\u011b stejn\u00fdch v\u00fdpo\u010dt\u016f<\/strong>, ale jen po dobu 70 kalend\u00e1\u0159n\u00edch dn\u016f.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>P\u0159\u00edklad:<\/strong> Pan\u00ed R\u016f\u017ei\u010dkov\u00e1, kter\u00e1 pracuje v potravin\u00e1\u0159stv\u00ed a m\u00e1 invalidn\u00ed d\u016fchod 3. stupn\u011b, chytla salmonel\u00f3zu. Akutn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edznaky odezn\u011bly pom\u011brn\u011b rychle, ale bakterie m\u011bla v t\u011ble mnohem d\u00e9le. To je v potravin\u00e1\u0159stv\u00ed nep\u0159\u00edpustn\u00e9, proto pan\u00ed R\u016f\u017ei\u010dkov\u00e1 musela b\u00fdt doma 4 m\u011bs\u00edce. Prvn\u00edch 14 dn\u016f pob\u00edrala n\u00e1hradu mzdy a od 15. dne nemocensk\u00e9 d\u00e1vky, ty v\u0161ak po 70 dnech skon\u010dily. Zbytek neschopenky pob\u00edrala pan\u00ed R\u016f\u017ei\u010dkov\u00e1 pouze invalidn\u00ed d\u016fchod. Tady vid\u00edte, \u017ee invalidn\u00ed d\u016fchod 3. stupn\u011b a neschopenka se \u201ep\u0159\u00e1tel\u00ed\u201c jen po ur\u010ditou dobu bez ohledu na dobu trv\u00e1n\u00ed nemoci.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Je nemocensk\u00e1 pro invalidn\u00ed d\u016fchodce? Ano, ale\u2026<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u017divot st\u00e1le \u010dast\u011bji ukazuje, \u017ee je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 m\u00edt <strong>spr\u00e1vn\u011b nastavenou finan\u010dn\u00ed podporu<\/strong> pro ne\u010dekan\u00e9 situace. Zejm\u00e9na pro p\u0159\u00edpad, \u017ee by va\u0161e schopnost vyd\u011bl\u00e1vat byla dlouhodob\u011b omezena \u2013 t\u0159eba pr\u00e1v\u011b invaliditou, a k tomu je\u0161t\u011b nemocenskou. Soub\u011bh invalidn\u00edho d\u016fchodu a pracovn\u00ed neschopnosti (respektive nemocensk\u00e9 d\u00e1vky) je sice mo\u017en\u00fd, ale z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed na konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed situaci a hlavn\u011b to znamen\u00e1 sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed p\u0159\u00edjm\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S <a href=\"https:\/\/mutumutu.cz\/blog\/2022\/06\/14\/pojisteni-invalidity\/\">poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00edm invalidity<\/a> od Mutumutu v\u00e1m <strong>pen\u00edze nedojdou.<\/strong> Poji\u0161\u0165ovna v\u00e1m bude ka\u017ed\u00fd m\u011bs\u00edc vypl\u00e1cet dohodnutou rentu a\u017e do konce trv\u00e1n\u00ed poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed, do dne, kdy se v\u00e1\u0161 invalidn\u00ed d\u016fchod zm\u011bn\u00ed na starobn\u00ed nebo v\u00e1m bude invalidita dan\u00e9ho stupn\u011b, na kter\u00fd se vztahuje poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed, odebr\u00e1na. A pojist\u00ed i dal\u0161\u00ed v\u00e1\u017en\u00e9 \u017eivotn\u00ed situace, jakou jsou pracovn\u00ed neschopnost a smrt.
