U OSV\u010c je situace je\u0161t\u011b kriti\u010dt\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. Onemocn\u011bt nikdy nen\u00ed p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9, ale kdy\u017e se k fyzick\u00e9 nepohod\u011b p\u0159id\u00e1 je\u0161t\u011b strach z pr\u00e1zdn\u00e9 pen\u011b\u017eenky, rozhodn\u011b nen\u00ed\u010d\u00a0 o co st\u00e1t. Proto jsme pro v\u00e1s p\u0159ipravili praktick\u00fd p\u0159ehled, jak si zajistit tzv. finan\u010dn\u00ed pol\u0161t\u00e1\u0159, kter\u00fd m\u016f\u017ee zm\u00edrnit tvrd\u00fd dopad pracovn\u00ed neschopnosti.<\/b><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">D\u00e1vky v pracovn\u00ed neschopnosti: kolik dostanete za prvn\u00edch 14 dn\u016f<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mnoho lid\u00ed \u017eije v domn\u011bn\u00ed, \u017ee <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.new.prod.mutu.creativedock.cloud\/blog\/2025\/09\/26\/vypocet-nemocenske-kolik-opravdu-dostanete-pri-pracovni-neschopnosti\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">nemocensk\u00e1 je prost\u011b o n\u011bco ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdplata<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Realita je ale takov\u00e1, \u017ee z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed na tom, kolik vyd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1te \u2013 <\/span><b>\u010d\u00edm v\u00edce vyd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1te, t\u00edm citeln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed propad p\u0159\u00edjmu poc\u00edt\u00edte<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> kv\u016fli tzv. reduk\u010dn\u00edm hranic\u00edm. Poj\u010fme se na to pod\u00edvat trochu podrobn\u011bji.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prvn\u00edch 14 kalend\u00e1\u0159n\u00edch dn\u016f v\u00e1m plat\u00ed zam\u011bstnavatel. Jde o <\/span><b>n\u00e1hradu mzdy, proto se vypl\u00e1c\u00ed pouze za pracovn\u00ed dny<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Odpov\u011b\u010f na \u010dastou ot\u00e1zku \u201epropl\u00e1c\u00ed se neschopenka i za v\u00edkend\u201c ale nen\u00ed tak jednozna\u010dn\u00e1. N\u00e1hrada mzdy se toti\u017e po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 podle pl\u00e1novan\u00fdch sm\u011bn.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pokud pracujete pouze od pond\u011bl\u00ed do p\u00e1tku, v\u00edkend se do neschopenky po\u010d\u00edtat nebude.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pokud pracujete i o v\u00edkendech, plat\u00ed se neschopenka i o v\u00edkendu, na kter\u00fd jste m\u011bli napl\u00e1novanou sm\u011bnu. Ale nebudou se v\u00e1m do n\u00ed naopak po\u010d\u00edtat v\u0161edn\u00ed dny, na kter\u00e9 jste m\u011bli napl\u00e1novan\u00e9 volno.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">N\u00e1hrada mzdy se zkr\u00e1tka <\/span><b>po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 za hodiny, kter\u00e9 byste odpracovali<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, kdybyste nebyli na neschopence. V\u00fd\u0161e n\u00e1hrady je <\/span><b>60 % redukovan\u00e9ho pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9ho hodinov\u00e9ho v\u00fdd\u011blku<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> za posledn\u00ed \u010dtvrtlet\u00ed a zaokrouhluje se na cel\u00e9 koruny nahoru. Pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00fd hodinov\u00fd v\u00fdd\u011blek se v roce 2026 redukuje takto:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">v 1. reduk\u010dn\u00ed hranici, kter\u00e1 je 285,78 K\u010d, na 90 %,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ve 2. reduk\u010dn\u00ed hranici, kter\u00e1 je 428,58 K\u010d, na 60 %,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ve 3. reduk\u010dn\u00ed hranici, kter\u00e1 je 856,98 K\u010d, na 30 %.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nad t\u0159et\u00ed hranic\u00ed u\u017e \u010d\u00e1stka v\u00fd\u0161i n\u00e1hrady mzdy neovliv\u0148uje.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kolik je neschopenka na den a jak\u00fd to ud\u011bl\u00e1 rozd\u00edl<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u0158ekn\u011bme, \u017ee va\u0161e <\/span><b>pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 hodinov\u00e1 mzda d\u011bl\u00e1 250 korun<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Spad\u00e1 tedy do 1. reduk\u010dn\u00ed hranice a zkr\u00e1t\u00ed se na 90 %, co\u017e je 225 korun. Z t\u00e9to \u010d\u00e1stky vypo\u010d\u00edtejte 60 %: 225 \u00d7 0,6 = 135. Hodinov\u00e1 n\u00e1hrada mzdy je 135 K\u010d, a pokud denn\u011b odpracujete 8 hodin, bude <\/span><b>denn\u00ed d\u00e1vka p\u0159i pracovn\u00ed neschopnosti<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 1 080 K\u010d oproti p\u016fvodn\u00ed denn\u00ed mzd\u011b 2 000 korun \u2013 <\/span><b>rozd\u00edl 920 K\u010d<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pokud je va\u0161e <\/span><b>pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 hodinov\u00e1 mzda<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e 1. reduk\u010dn\u00ed hranice, nap\u0159\u00edklad <\/span><b>350 K\u010d<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, postupuje se takto:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">90 % z 285,78 (1. reduk\u010dn\u00ed hranice) = 257,20 K\u010d<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">60 % ze zbytku (350 minus 285,78) = 38,53 K\u010d<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Redukovan\u00e1 hodinov\u00e1 mzda je tedy celkem 295,73 a 60 % z toho d\u011bl\u00e1 177,44. P\u0159i osmihodinov\u00e9 sm\u011bn\u011b bude <\/span><b>neschopenka na den<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> d\u011blat zhruba 1 420 K\u010d oproti p\u016fvodn\u00ed denn\u00ed mzd\u011b 2 800 korun \u2013 <\/span><b>rozd\u00edl 1\u00a0380 K\u010d<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pod\u00edvejme se i na 3. reduk\u010dn\u00ed hranici, kam pat\u0159\u00ed pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 hodinov\u00e1 mzda v rozmez\u00ed 428,58 a\u017e 856,98 K\u010d. <\/span><b>P\u0159i \u010d\u00e1stce 450 korun<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> bude v\u00fdpo\u010det vypadat n\u00e1sledovn\u011b:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">90 % z 285,78 (1. reduk\u010dn\u00ed hranice) = 257,20 K\u010d<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">60 % z 2. reduk\u010dn\u00ed hranice (428,58 minus 285,78) = 85,68 K\u010d\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">30 % ze zbytku (450 minus 428,58) = 6,43 K\u010d<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Redukovan\u00e1 hodinov\u00e1 mzda je tedy celkem 349,31 a 60 % z toho d\u011bl\u00e1 209,59. P\u0159i osmihodinov\u00e9 sm\u011bn\u011b bude <\/span><b>neschopenka na den<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> d\u011blat zhruba 1677 K\u010d oproti p\u016fvodn\u00ed denn\u00ed mzd\u011b 3 600 korun \u2013 <\/span><b>rozd\u00edl 1\u00a0923 K\u010d<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Od kdy plat\u00ed neschopenka a kdy dostanete n\u00e1hradu mzdy<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Do\u010dasn\u00e1 pracovn\u00ed neschopnost za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 dnem, v n\u011bm\u017e ji o\u0161et\u0159uj\u00edc\u00ed l\u00e9ka\u0159 zjistil. Tedy <\/span><b>dnem, kdy ho nav\u0161t\u00edv\u00edte<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. V n\u011bkter\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpadech v\u0161ak jde vydat neschopenku zp\u011btn\u011b.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u00e9ka\u0159 m\u016f\u017ee rozhodnout o vzniku <\/span><b>pracovn\u00ed neschopnosti zp\u011btn\u011b a\u017e o 3 kalend\u00e1\u0159n\u00ed dny<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, pokud m\u00e1 k dispozici objektivn\u00ed n\u00e1lez (p\u0159\u00edznaky), ze kter\u00e9ho vypl\u00fdv\u00e1, \u017ee neschopnost trvala u\u017e v tyto p\u0159edchoz\u00ed dny. Nap\u0159\u00edklad: Onemocn\u00edte v p\u00e1tek ve\u010der a k l\u00e9ka\u0159i jdete a\u017e v pond\u011bl\u00ed r\u00e1no (ale na v\u00edkend jste m\u011bli napl\u00e1novan\u00e9 sm\u011bny). P\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b v\u00e1m v prvn\u00edch dnech bylo tak zle, \u017ee jste se k l\u00e9ka\u0159i nemohli dostavit.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kdyby m\u011bla b\u00fdt neschopenka vystavena <\/span><b>v\u00edce ne\u017e 3 dny zp\u011btn\u011b<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, z\u00e1kon to umo\u017e\u0148uje pouze s p\u0159edchoz\u00edm <\/span><b>p\u00edsemn\u00fdm souhlasem p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00e9 Okresn\u00ed spr\u00e1vy soci\u00e1ln\u00edho zabezpe\u010den\u00ed<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. L\u00e9ka\u0159 mus\u00ed podat \u017e\u00e1dost, ve kter\u00e9 dolo\u017e\u00ed, pro\u010d pacient nemohl nav\u0161t\u00edvit ordinaci d\u0159\u00edve a pro\u010d je neschopnost od d\u0159\u00edv\u011bj\u0161\u00edho data opodstatn\u011bn\u00e1.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">N\u00e1hrada mzdy v\u00e1m bude vyplacena <\/span><b>sou\u010dasn\u011b se mzdou<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, tak\u017ee v b\u011b\u017en\u00e9m v\u00fdplatn\u00edm term\u00ednu zam\u011bstnavatele.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jak\u00e1 je maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed d\u00e9lka pracovn\u00ed neschopnosti a jak ovliv\u0148uje v\u00fd\u0161i nemocensk\u00e9<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">B\u011b\u017enou vir\u00f3zu za 14 dn\u016f vyle\u017e\u00edte, ale existuje spousta jin\u00fdch nemoc\u00ed (p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b \u00faraz\u016f), kter\u00e9 v\u00e1s zneschopn\u00ed na del\u0161\u00ed dobu. V takov\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b v\u00e1m <\/span><b>nemocenskou za\u010dne vypl\u00e1cet st\u00e1t<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm \u010cSSZ). Tady u\u017e se d\u00e1vky po\u010d\u00edtaj\u00ed za kalend\u00e1\u0159n\u00ed dny, tedy v\u010detn\u011b v\u00edkend\u016f, a vypo\u010d\u00edt\u00e1vaj\u00ed se z pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9ho denn\u00edho v\u00fdd\u011blku. Ale <\/span><b>i tady se setk\u00e1te s reduk\u010dn\u00edmi hranicemi<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, kter\u00e9 v\u00e1\u0161 n\u00e1hradn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edjem po\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b osekaj\u00ed.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">V\u00fd\u0161i d\u00e1vky ovliv\u0148uje tak\u00e9 d\u00e9lka nemoci, proto\u017ee z redukovan\u00e9ho denn\u00ed vym\u011b\u0159ovac\u00edho z\u00e1kladu se <\/span><b>vypl\u00e1c\u00ed ur\u010dit\u00e9 procento pr\u00e1v\u011b podle doby trv\u00e1n\u00ed neschopenky<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Konkr\u00e9tn\u011b:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">60 % do 30. dne trv\u00e1n\u00ed do\u010dasn\u00e9 pracovn\u00ed neschopnosti,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">66 % od 31. dne do 60. dne trv\u00e1n\u00ed do\u010dasn\u00e9 pracovn\u00ed neschopnosti,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">90 % od 61. dne trv\u00e1n\u00ed do\u010dasn\u00e9 pracovn\u00ed neschopnosti.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">K v\u00fdpo\u010dtu orienta\u010dn\u00ed v\u00fd\u0161e d\u00e1vky doporu\u010dujeme pou\u017e\u00edt <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/mpsv.gov.cz\/kalkulacka-pro-vypocet-davek-v-roce-2026\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161nou kalkula\u010dku MPSV<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed doba pracovn\u00ed neschopnosti je zpravidla <\/span><b>380 kalend\u00e1\u0159n\u00edch dn\u016f<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (tzv. podp\u016fr\u010d\u00ed doba). Pokud se bl\u00ed\u017e\u00ed konec t\u00e9to podp\u016fr\u010d\u00ed doby, spr\u00e1va soci\u00e1ln\u00edho zabezpe\u010den\u00ed o tom informuje va\u0161eho o\u0161et\u0159uj\u00edc\u00edho l\u00e9ka\u0159e a ten spole\u010dn\u011b s posudkov\u00fdm l\u00e9ka\u0159em <\/span><b>zhodnot\u00ed v\u00e1\u0161 zdravotn\u00ed stav<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pokud zjist\u00ed, \u017ee ke konci podp\u016fr\u010d\u00ed doby je\u0161t\u011b nebudete schopni pracovat, ale v kr\u00e1tk\u00e9 dob\u011b pot\u00e9 u\u017e ano, <\/span><b>prodlou\u017e\u00ed v\u00e1m dobu pro v\u00fdplatu nemocensk\u00e9<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> pr\u00e1v\u011b na tu ur\u010ditou dobu. Budete tedy pob\u00edrat 90 % redukovan\u00e9ho denn\u00edho vym\u011b\u0159ovac\u00edho z\u00e1kladu i po 380. dnu pracovn\u00ed neschopnosti.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pokud zjist\u00ed, \u017ee v\u00e1\u0161 zdravotn\u00ed stav je dlouhodob\u011b nep\u0159\u00edzniv\u00fd a neumo\u017e\u0148uje v\u00e1m vr\u00e1tit se do zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed v dosavadn\u00edm rozsahu nebo v\u016fbec, va\u0161i <\/span><b>pracovn\u00ed neschopnost ukon\u010d\u00ed a doporu\u010d\u00ed v\u00e1m podat \u017e\u00e1dost o invalidn\u00ed d\u016fchod<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Dokud v\u00e1m nebude p\u0159izn\u00e1n invalidn\u00ed d\u016fchod, nebudete pob\u00edrat \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 d\u00e1vky (ani nemocenskou, proto\u017ee ta bude ukon\u010dena).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">K t\u00e9matu invalidity doporu\u010dujeme p\u0159e\u010d\u00edst si \u010dl\u00e1nek <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.new.prod.mutu.creativedock.cloud\/blog\/2022\/06\/14\/pojisteni-invalidity\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pro\u010d m\u00edt poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed invalidity a jak vlastn\u011b invalidita v \u010cesku funguje?<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Nechceme malovat \u010derta na ze\u010f, ale kdo je p\u0159ipraven, nen\u00ed p\u0159ekvapen.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Obecn\u00e9 z\u00e1le\u017eitosti dlouhodob\u00e9 pracovn\u00ed neschopnosti jsme si vysv\u011btlili v\u00fd\u0161e, v\u00e1s ale ur\u010dit\u011b zaj\u00edm\u00e1,<\/span><b> jak na tom tedy budete finan\u010dn\u011b<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. V\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/mpsv.gov.cz\/kalkulacka-pro-vypocet-davek-v-roce-2026\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">kalkula\u010dce MPSV<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> si vypo\u010dt\u011bte nemocenskou a snadno zjist\u00edte, jak\u00fd rozd\u00edl v\u00e1s oproti v\u00fdplat\u011b \u010dek\u00e1.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">OSV\u010c a nemocensk\u00e1 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> trochu jin\u00fd sv\u011bt<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zam\u011bstnanci i \u017eivnostn\u00edci pravideln\u011b plat\u00ed zdravotn\u00ed a soci\u00e1ln\u00ed poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed. Prvn\u00ed jmenovan\u00ed <\/span><b>maj\u00ed n\u00e1rok na nemocensk\u00e9 d\u00e1vky, druz\u00ed ne<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Pro\u010d to tak je? Jde o to, jak je soci\u00e1ln\u00ed poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed nastaven\u00e9. Ano, \u010dtete spr\u00e1vn\u011b \u2013 soci\u00e1ln\u00ed poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed. Zdravotn\u00ed poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed plat\u00edme proto, abychom m\u011bli hrazenou zdravotn\u00ed p\u00e9\u010di. Nemocensk\u00e1 opravdu pat\u0159\u00ed do soci\u00e1ln\u00edho poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed, kter\u00e9 se <\/span><b>u \u017eivnostn\u00edk\u016f a zam\u011bstnanc\u016f li\u0161\u00ed<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> svou skladbou.
