Dobr\u00e1 zpr\u00e1va je, \u017ee existuje nemocensk\u00e1, kter\u00e1 n\u00e1m alespo\u0148 \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u011b pom\u016f\u017ee p\u0159eklenout dobu, kdy nem\u016f\u017eeme pracovat. Ta \u0161patn\u00e1 \u2013 nen\u00ed to n\u00e1hrada mzdy jedna ku jedn\u00e9 a n\u011bkdo na ni v\u016fbec nem\u00e1 n\u00e1rok. P\u0159e\u010dt\u011bte si, jak se nemocensk\u00e1 po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 a jak funguje jej\u00ed vypl\u00e1cen\u00ed, a\u0165 v\u00edte, jestli v\u00e1s v kritick\u00fdch chv\u00edl\u00edch podr\u017e\u00ed.<\/b><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kdo m\u00e1 n\u00e1rok na vypl\u00e1cen\u00ed nemocensk\u00e9 a kdo bude m\u00edt sm\u016flu<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Na prvn\u00ed pohled by se mohlo zd\u00e1t, \u017ee nemocenskou dostane ka\u017ed\u00fd, kdo onemocn\u00ed. Realita je ale trochu jin\u00e1 a spousta lid\u00ed <\/span><b>zjist\u00ed a\u017e ve chv\u00edli, kdy jsou nemocn\u00ed, \u017ee jim \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 pen\u00edze od st\u00e1tu nep\u0159ijdou<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. A to je hodn\u011b nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9 p\u0159ekvapen\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Kdo m\u00e1 n\u00e1rok na nemocenskou?<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Zam\u011bstnanci<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 pokud m\u00e1te pracovn\u00ed smlouvu, nemocensk\u00e1 se v\u00e1s v z\u00e1sad\u011b t\u00fdk\u00e1 automaticky.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Brig\u00e1dn\u00edci<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 jestli pracujete na dohodu (DPP\/DP\u010c), <\/span><b>z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed na v\u00fd\u0161i v\u00fdd\u011blku<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Pokud se z n\u00ed odv\u00e1d\u00ed pojistn\u00e9 na nemocensk\u00e9 poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed, m\u00e1te n\u00e1rok i na nemocenskou.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">V\u0161ichni, kdo si <\/span><b>sami plat\u00ed nemocensk\u00e9 poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. A\u0165 u\u017e jde o OSV\u010c, nebo naopak lidi bez pr\u00e1ce.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Kdo tedy ostrouh\u00e1?<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Lidi s n\u00edzk\u00fdmi \u00favazky, respektive p\u0159\u00edjmy<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (do 4 500 K\u010d hrub\u00e9ho m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u011b) <\/span><b>nebo dohodami<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, kde se neodv\u00e1d\u00ed pojistn\u00e9 na nemocensk\u00e9 poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed (DP\u010c s p\u0159\u00edjmem do 4 500 K\u010d, DPP s p\u0159\u00edjmem do 11 500 K\u010d).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>OSV\u010c, kter\u00e9 se rozhodly \u0161et\u0159it<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> a neplat\u00ed si nemocensk\u00e9 poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed samy (pozor, neple\u0165te si nemocensk\u00e9 poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed s povinn\u00fdm zdravotn\u00edm poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00edm). A ruku na srdce \u2013 <\/span><b>neplat\u00ed si ho spousta podnikatel\u016f<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Jen\u017ee kdy\u017e pak p\u0159ijde nemoc, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.new.prod.mutu.creativedock.cloud\/blog\/2021\/11\/11\/pojisteni-pracovni-neschopnosti-osvc\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">z\u016fst\u00e1vaj\u00ed \u00fapln\u011b bez p\u0159\u00edjmu<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ka\u017ed\u00fd, kdo <\/span><b>nen\u00ed \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edkem nemocensk\u00e9ho poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 nap\u0159. studenti nebo lid\u00e9 na rodi\u010dovsk\u00e9. Tyto osoby v\u0161ak nejsou v\u00fdd\u011ble\u010dn\u011b \u010dinn\u00e9, p\u0159i nemoci tedy o \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd p\u0159\u00edjem nep\u0159ijdou. Pokud si p\u0159ivyd\u011bl\u00e1vaj\u00ed, t\u00fdkaj\u00ed se jich v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00e9 body.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><div class='short-code-mutu-button-wrapper'><a target='_blank' class='big-mutu-button short-code-mutu-button' href='https:\/\/mutumutu.cz\/pojisteni-pracovni-neschopnosti'>Rad\u011bji se pojist\u00edm<\/a><\/div><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jak zjistit v\u00fd\u0161i nemocensk\u00e9<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tohle ka\u017ed\u00e9ho z n\u00e1s zaj\u00edm\u00e1 asi nejv\u00edc: kolik vlastn\u011b dostanu, kdy\u017e budu na neschopence? Bohu\u017eel asi ne tolik, kolik byste pot\u0159ebovali.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Nemocensk\u00e1 se po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 z takzvan\u00e9ho denn\u00edho vym\u011b\u0159ovac\u00edho z\u00e1kladu<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (DVZ), kter\u00fd se je\u0161t\u011b \u201eosek\u00e1\u201c podle ur\u010dit\u00fdch pravidel \u2013 \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 se tomu <\/span><b>reduk\u010dn\u00ed hranice<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> a c\u00edlem je zajistit, \u017ee lid\u00e9 s vy\u0161\u0161\u00edmi p\u0159\u00edjmy nebudou m\u00edt nemocenskou nep\u0159im\u011b\u0159en\u011b vysokou. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 to ale znamen\u00e1, \u017ee rozd\u00edl mezi v\u00fdplatou a nemocenskou je u lid\u00ed s lep\u0161\u00edmi p\u0159\u00edjmy je\u0161t\u011b citeln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">St\u00e1t vezme v\u00e1\u0161 hrub\u00fd p\u0159\u00edjem za posledn\u00edch 12 m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f, vypo\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 z n\u011bho pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00fd denn\u00ed v\u00fdd\u011blek a rozd\u011bl\u00ed ho do n\u011bkolika \u201ep\u00e1sem\u201c. Tady se <\/span><b>po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 s pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00fdm denn\u00edm v\u00fdd\u011blkem<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, kter\u00fd p\u0159i 47 000 K\u010d m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u011b d\u011bl\u00e1 cca 1 545 K\u010d.<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vejde se tedy do prvn\u00ed reduk\u010dn\u00ed hranice a vezme se z n\u011bho 90 %. Tak\u017ee pokud m\u00e1te v\u00fdplatn\u00ed den 15. v m\u011bs\u00edci, n\u00e1hrada v\u00e1m doraz\u00ed pr\u00e1v\u011b tehdy. Pokud m\u00e1te opravdu hodn\u00e9ho zam\u011bstnavatele, m\u016f\u017ee se st\u00e1t, \u017ee n\u00e1hradu mzdy obdr\u017e\u00edte d\u0159\u00edv \u2013 t\u0159eba hned po ukon\u010den\u00ed neschopenky.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A kdy chod\u00ed na \u00fa\u010det <\/span><b>nemocensk\u00e1 od \u010cSSZ<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">?
