Neum\u00ed pak z\u00e1kladn\u00ed cviky, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b um\u00ed od v\u0161eho trochu, ale nic po\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b. Jak se to na nich podep\u00ed\u0161e v dosp\u011blosti? Jak v\u00e1\u017en\u00e9 ty dopady m\u016f\u017eou b\u00fdt? K t\u00e9matu jsme si p\u0159izvali odbornici z praxe. Nikol Kop\u00e1\u010dov\u00e1 je kondi\u010dn\u00ed tren\u00e9rka, d\u011btsk\u00e1 tren\u00e9rka gymnastiky, lektorka j\u00f3gy, akrobatka a sama i b\u00fdval\u00e1 vrcholov\u00e1 gymnastka.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Spr\u00e1vn\u00fd pohyb je d\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, ne\u017e si mysl\u00edme<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ka\u017ed\u00fd asi tak n\u011bjak registrujeme, kdy\u017e m\u00e9dia, l\u00e9ka\u0159i i na\u0161e okol\u00ed \u0159\u00edk\u00e1, jak je pohyb d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd pro na\u0161e zdrav\u00ed. Koneckonc\u016f na t\u00e9to my\u0161lence stoj\u00ed i n\u00e1\u0161 <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/mutumutu.cz\/odmena\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Preven\u010dn\u00ed program Mutumutu<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Ale nejde jen o zdrav\u00e9 srd\u00ed\u010dko, c\u00e9vy a celkovou kondici. Jde i o to, um\u011bt se h\u00fdbat tak, abychom si t\u00edm v budoucnu nezad\u011blali na zdravotn\u00ed komplikace a nezkr\u00e1tili si dobu aktivn\u00edho st\u00e1\u0159\u00ed. Asi v\u00e1s nep\u0159ekvap\u00ed, \u017ee se spr\u00e1vn\u00fdmi pohybov\u00fdmi n\u00e1vyky je ide\u00e1ln\u00ed za\u010d\u00edt u\u017e v d\u011btstv\u00ed. Ale co kdy\u017e ty zdrav\u00e9 mlad\u00e9 d\u011bti jsou pr\u00e1v\u011b ta skupina, kter\u00e9 ten pohyb chyb\u00ed nejv\u00edce?\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">D\u011bti dnes neum\u00ed ani upadnout<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Spousta d\u011bt\u00ed se dnes neh\u00fdbe. A pramen\u00ed to u\u017e z miminkovsk\u00fdch let, kdy d\u011bti tr\u00e1vily spoustu \u010dasu v ko\u010d\u00e1rc\u00edch, p\u0159epravk\u00e1ch a nem\u011bly tak mo\u017enost p\u0159irozen\u011b posilovat svalstvo. Pokra\u010duje to do vy\u0161\u0161\u00edho v\u011bku. Nechod\u00ed na \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd sportovn\u00ed krou\u017eek, na t\u011bl\u00e1k ve \u0161kole maj\u00ed trvale omluvenku, tr\u00e1v\u00ed \u010das u po\u010d\u00edta\u010de \u010di mobilu a nav\u00edc ani doma nevyvinou jinou aktivitu, ne\u017e cestu z postele na gau\u010d a zase zp\u00e1tky. \u201eJe mlad\u00fd, \u010dasem se to srovn\u00e1,\u201c cht\u011blo by se nam\u00edtnout. Bohu\u017eel to ale nemus\u00ed b\u00fdt pravda. Tato neaktivita m\u016f\u017ee toti\u017e m\u00edt v\u00e1\u017en\u00e9 n\u00e1sledky jak po fyzick\u00e9, tak i po psychick\u00e9 str\u00e1nce.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">D\u011bti, kter\u00e9 nerozpohybuj\u00ed sv\u00e9 t\u011blo, jsou v dosp\u011blosti v\u00edce n\u00e1chyln\u00e9 k bolestem zad a kloub\u016f, probl\u00e9my maj\u00ed nav\u00edc u\u017e v\u00a0d\u011btstv\u00ed. Nej\u010dast\u011bji velice \u0161patn\u00e9 dr\u017een\u00ed t\u011bla, nulov\u00e9 z\u00e1dov\u00e9 a b\u0159i\u0161n\u00ed svalstvo a \u0161patnou fyzi\u010dku.To v\u0161e, nav\u00edc v kombinaci t\u0159eba s nekvalitn\u00ed stravou, se m\u016f\u017ee projevit na celkov\u00e9m zdrav\u00ed, stavu org\u00e1n\u016f a nemocech\u2026 a m\u00e1me zad\u011bl\u00e1no akor\u00e1t tak na budouc\u00ed pacienty.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">P\u0159itom pohyb a spr\u00e1vn\u00e1 technika jsou kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 nejen ve sportu, ale i v b\u011b\u017en\u00e9m \u017eivot\u011b. D\u011bti, kter\u00e9 nejsou fyzicky aktivn\u00ed, jsou m\u00e9n\u011b odoln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, rozhod\u00ed je jak\u00fdkoliv diskomfort. \u201eD\u011bti si st\u00e1le \u010dast\u011bji st\u011b\u017euj\u00ed na drobnosti. V\u011bt\u0161inou to jde ale od rodi\u010d\u016f. D\u011btem ustupuj\u00ed a sami nech\u00e1pou, \u017ee dan\u00e1 v\u011bc nen\u00ed probl\u00e9m. D\u00edt\u011b mi \u010dastokr\u00e1t nep\u0159i\u0161lo na tr\u00e9nink nap\u0159\u00edklad proto, \u017ee si ud\u011blalo mozol na ruce nebo \u017ee si sp\u00e1lilo z\u00e1da na koupali\u0161ti. Tren\u00e9r nen\u00ed hlup\u00e1k a um\u00ed tr\u00e9nink p\u0159izp\u016fsobit. Rodi\u010de \u010dasto ale zbyte\u010dn\u011b panika\u0159\u00ed a p\u0159eh\u00e1n\u011bj\u00ed. Nenechaj\u00ed d\u00edt\u011b vyl\u00e9zt na prol\u00e9za\u010dku, proto\u017ee by mohlo spadnout. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Po\u0159\u00e1d sly\u0161\u00edm na h\u0159i\u0161t\u00edch, a\u0165 jsou d\u011bti opatrn\u00e9, \u017ee mus\u00ed pomalu a co v\u0161echno nemaj\u00ed d\u011blat\u2026 D\u00edt\u011b je pak zbyte\u010dn\u011b vynervovan\u00e9 p\u0159edem a rad\u0161i ani nic nezkus\u00ed. Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b p\u0159i tr\u00e9ninku d\u00edt\u011b hl\u00edd\u00e1m a hlavn\u011b zohled\u0148uji jeho v\u011bk a motorick\u00e9 schopnosti. Ale v\u0161eho s\u00a0m\u00edrou\u2026 I d\u00edt\u011b se mus\u00ed otrkat a zjistit co a jak. \u263a<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u010casto od d\u011bt\u00ed sl\u00fdch\u00e1m, jak jim vad\u00ed, \u017ee je druh\u00fd den po cvi\u010den\u00ed bol\u00ed svaly nebo \u017ee se u sportu pot\u00ed. Jsou to pro n\u011b ale d\u016fvody, pro\u010d s cvi\u010den\u00edm \u00fapln\u011b p\u0159estat,\u201c sd\u00edl\u00ed Nikol z\u00e1\u017eitky z praxe. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201eP\u0159itom absence pohybu pro n\u011b m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt velk\u00fd probl\u00e9m i v budoucnu. Neum\u00ed padat a tak i oby\u010dejn\u00e9 za\u0161kobrtnut\u00ed na ulici skon\u010d\u00ed t\u0159eba zlomeninou ruky.\u201c<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Je \u0161patn\u011b, \u017ee nic ned\u011bl\u00e1? No tak bude d\u011blat v\u0161echno!<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Na a pak tu m\u00e1me dal\u0161\u00ed extr\u00e9m. D\u011bti, kter\u00e9 jsou zahrnuty do p\u0159\u00edli\u0161n\u00e9ho mno\u017estv\u00ed krou\u017ek\u016f a aktivit. Rodi\u010de \u010dasto p\u0159ehnan\u011b organizuj\u00ed \u017eivot sv\u00fdch d\u011bt\u00ed, co\u017e vede k nedostatku voln\u00e9ho \u010dasu a p\u0159et\u00ed\u017een\u00ed. Hlavn\u011b aby um\u011bly t\u0159i r\u016fzn\u00e9 jazyky, kreslily, zvl\u00e1daly hru aspo\u0148 na dva hudebn\u00ed n\u00e1stroje\u2026 Jo a taky n\u011bjak\u00fd ten tenis, golf a plav\u00e1n\u00ed.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Od\u016fvodn\u011bn\u00ed, \u017ee je to proto, aby se pak d\u00edt\u011b samo rozhodlo, co ho bav\u00ed a co chce rozv\u00edjet, je trochu mimo. \u201eTy d\u011bti jsou pak unaven\u00e9, nemaj\u00ed \u010das pro sebe a nav\u00edc pak um\u00ed od v\u0161eho n\u011bco, ale to nen\u00ed z\u00e1ruka, \u017ee to budou um\u011bt dob\u0159e. A kdy\u017e pak n\u00e1hodou v jejich deseti letech kone\u010dn\u011b objev\u00edte, co jim jde nejl\u00edp, m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt pozd\u011b na to, rozv\u00edjet talent,\u201d sd\u00edl\u00ed Nikol dal\u0161\u00ed situaci z praxe, kter\u00fd m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt vliv na budoucnost d\u00edt\u011bte.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Budoucnost vrcholov\u00e9ho sportu u d\u011bt\u00ed m\u00e1 podle n\u00ed je\u0161t\u011b jeden h\u00e1\u010dek. Na vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed \u00farovni je pot\u0159eba i zv\u00fd\u0161it po\u010det hodin tr\u00e9ninku. Nap\u0159\u00edklad gymnastky se s tr\u00e9ninkem m\u016f\u017eou dostat i na dvacet hodin t\u00fddn\u011b. To u\u017e se pak zvl\u00e1d\u00e1 h\u016f\u0159e, m\u00e1-li d\u00edt\u011b chodit na dal\u0161\u00edch p\u011bt krou\u017ek\u016f. \u201eObecn\u011b u rodi\u010d\u016f kles\u00e1 z\u00e1jem o vrcholov\u00fd sport. Jednak proto, \u017ee je \u010dasov\u011b n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fd pro d\u00edt\u011b, ale i pro rodi\u010de, kte\u0159\u00ed ho \u010dasto cht\u011bj\u00ed v\u0161ude vozit a b\u00fdt s n\u00edm, ale taky proto, \u017ee rodi\u010de cht\u011bj\u00ed d\u011btem dop\u0159\u00e1t mno\u017estv\u00ed r\u016fznorod\u00fdch z\u00e1jm\u016f a to nejde ruku v ruce s t\u00edm, tr\u00e9novat 20 hodin t\u00fddn\u011b jeden sport,\u201c dod\u00e1v\u00e1 Nikol.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jak to napravit?<\/span><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<h3><b>Kvalita p\u0159ed kvantitou:<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Nemus\u00ed ka\u017ed\u00e9 d\u00edt\u011b b\u00fdt \u0161pi\u010dkov\u00fdm sportovcem, hudebn\u00edkem a v\u00fdtvarn\u00edkem z\u00e1rove\u0148. Ale nejprve je t\u0159eba p\u0159iv\u00e9st je k tomu, \u017ee nemus\u00ed b\u00fdt po\u0159\u00e1d jen u telefonu, ale i venku to m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt super.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>\n<h3><b>Zapojen\u00ed do dom\u00e1c\u00edch aktivit:<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Zahr\u0148te d\u011bti do b\u011b\u017en\u00fdch dom\u00e1c\u00edch \u010dinnost\u00ed, jako je \u00faklid, p\u0159\u00edprava ve\u010de\u0159e nebo n\u00e1kupy. Povedete je tak k p\u0159irozen\u00e9mu ka\u017edodenn\u00edmu pohybu, samostatnosti a z\u00e1rove\u0148 je p\u0159iprav\u00edte na dosp\u011blost. Nebojte, sami toho zvl\u00e1dnou v\u00edc, ne\u017e byste \u010dekali.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>\n<h3><b>Regenerace:<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> D\u011btem je t\u0159eba poskytnout dostatek \u010dasu na odpo\u010dinek a regeneraci.
