Je o tvrd\u00e9m p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed sebe sam\u00e9 nechat \u201enepriority\u201c plavat. Jen\u017ee je t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 vybrat jich jen n\u011bkolik, kdy\u017e jsme byli s\u00a0man\u017eelem na v\u0161echno sami, bez babi\u010dek nebo skv\u011bl\u00e9 sestry, kter\u00e1 by ob\u010das pohl\u00eddala d\u011bti. S\u00a0jedn\u00edm platem a rodi\u010dovsk\u00fdm p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvkem jsme si ch\u016fvu mohli dovolit jen p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitostn\u011b. Takhle napsan\u00e9 to zn\u00ed hezky\u2026 A tady je pravda o tom, jak to ve\u00a0skute\u010dnosti dopadlo v \u017eivot\u011b jedn\u00e9 norm\u00e1ln\u00ed pracuj\u00edc\u00ed matky a man\u017eelky.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jet r\u00e1no do pr\u00e1ce na kole m\u00edsto autem \u010di tramvaj\u00ed pro m\u011b znamen\u00e1 vyrazit v\u00a05 r\u00e1no. Jen co za\u010dnu cvi\u010dit, u\u017e mus\u00edm ut\u00edrat vylit\u00e9 ml\u00e9ko a sb\u00edrat st\u0159epy z\u00a0rozbit\u00e9 sklenice.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Koupit permanentku do fitka nebo na pravideln\u00e9 lekce jsou pro m\u011b naprosto vyhozen\u00e9 pen\u00edze. Ka\u017edou druhou (nebo i ka\u017edou prvn\u00ed) lekci je jedno z d\u011bt\u00ed (nebo ob\u011b) nemocn\u00e9, man\u017eel na slu\u017eebce nebo jsou moje baterky na nule.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2><b>Ob\u010das to chce jen \u010das\u2026 a trochu jin\u00fd druh motivace<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tak jsem rad\u011bji po\u010dkala p\u00e1r let, ne\u017e d\u011bti povyrostly, a zkusila to znovu. A nav\u00edc jsem zjistila, \u017ee nesn\u00e1\u0161\u00edm rutinu a pravideln\u011b se opakuj\u00edc\u00ed \u010dinnosti.\u00a0 Tak jsem se rozhodla koukat i po motivaci zven\u010d\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A p\u0159i\u0161lo <a href=\"https:\/\/mutumutu.cz\/\">Mutumutu \u2013 \u017eivotn\u00ed poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed kter\u00e9 v\u00e1s odm\u011bn\u00ed, kdy\u017e se h\u00fdbete<\/a> a pe\u010dujete o sv\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed. Po\u0159\u00eddila jsem si fitness hodinky a stanovila si minim\u00e1ln\u00ed denn\u00ed c\u00edle. Re\u00e1ln\u00e9, dosa\u017eiteln\u00e9, takov\u00e9, kter\u00e9 p\u0159irozen\u011b pat\u0159\u00ed do m\u00e9ho \u017eivota.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Shodou okolnost\u00ed jsou to takov\u00e9 c\u00edle, kter\u00e9 Mutumutu ocen\u00ed alespo\u0148 p\u00e1r body. Nap\u0159\u00edklad nachodit aspo\u0148 7 500 krok\u016f denn\u011b a vystoupat t\u0159i patra. Tyto aktivity jsem si nastavila jako denn\u00ed minimum. Na fitko jsem si vyhradila \u010das aspo\u0148 jednou za m\u011bs\u00edc. Ale jasn\u011b, jsou i dny, kdy se mi neda\u0159\u00ed to v\u0161e plnit dle pl\u00e1nu. J\u00e1 si ale vytvo\u0159ila trochu jin\u00fd model. A d\u00edky n\u011bmu jsem ve sv\u00e9m nacvakan\u00e9m \u010dasov\u00e9m harmonogramu na\u0161la prostor pro pohyb. N\u011bjakou chv\u00edli dr\u017e\u00edm z\u00e1da p\u00e1r centimetr\u016f nad op\u011br\u00e1tkem, dokud to moje b\u0159icho vydr\u017e\u00ed<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sice od Mutumutu nedostanu body za v\u0161echny aktivity ze seznamu (takov\u00e9 odm\u011b\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed za kafe a \u010dten\u00ed kn\u00ed\u017eky, to by bylo!), ale m\u00e1m z\u00a0toho i jin\u00e9 benefity. Prokrvenou poko\u017eku, rozpumpovan\u00e9 srd\u00ed\u010dko i c\u00e9vy a hlavn\u011b klid v\u00a0du\u0161i, \u017ee jsem dnes ud\u011blala aspo\u0148 n\u011bco pro sebe.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">J\u00e1 v\u00edm, \u017ee to nen\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 hitovka. Ale tam, kde nen\u00ed prostor na velk\u00e9 cvi\u010den\u00ed, mus\u00ed b\u00fdt \u010dlov\u011bk jako j\u00e1 (p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fd) spokojen i s\u00a0m\u00e1lem.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Neznamen\u00e1 to, \u017ee bych v\u0161echny ty rady, o kter\u00fdch jsme na blog Mutumutu psali i d\u0159\u00edve, h\u00e1zela do ko\u0161e. Ale ka\u017ed\u00fd jsme jin\u00fd. N\u011bkdo pot\u0159ebuje \u0159\u00e1d a t\u0159ikr\u00e1t t\u00fddn\u011b se tr\u00e1pit v posilovn\u011b\u2026 a n\u011bkomu jin\u00e9mu t\u0159eba pom\u016f\u017ee m\u016fj upraven\u00fd model, jak si naj\u00edt \u010das na cvi\u010den\u00ed.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mutumutu nad\u00e1le z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 d\u00edky sv\u00e9 hrav\u00e9 aplikaci m\u00fdm velk\u00fdm motiv\u00e1torem a t\u00edm, kdo m\u011b hecuje k\u00a0zdrav\u00e9mu pohybu.
