Nicm\u00e9n\u011b studium bylo p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm o \u010detb\u011b knih a mn\u011b zoufale chyb\u011bl pohyb. U\u017e jsem nev\u011bd\u011bl, jak si s tou knihou sednout nebo lehnout. Rok p\u0159edt\u00edm jsem b\u011b\u017eel p\u0159es ba\u017einy v Estonsku, to bylo taky moc hezk\u00e9.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Jak za\u010d\u00edt b\u011bhat, \u010d\u00edm se namotivovat? Jak\u00e9 jsou podle v\u00e1s hlavn\u00ed benefity b\u011bhu?\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Je jich stra\u0161n\u011b moc. Prvn\u00ed je, \u017ee se s n\u011bk\u00fdm m\u016f\u017eete potkat, pobavit se a z\u00e1rove\u0148 d\u011blat n\u011bco pro sebe.
