Vybrali jsme nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed m\u00fdty, a\u0165 u\u017e jde o p\u0159\u00edznaky cukrovky, jej\u00ed l\u00e9\u010dbu, nebo stravov\u00e1n\u00ed diabetik\u016f, a uv\u00e1d\u00edme je na pravou m\u00edru. N\u011bkter\u00e1 fakta p\u0159ekvapila i n\u00e1s!<\/b><\/p>\n<h2><strong>1. Nen\u00ed jen jedna cukrovka<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mo\u017en\u00e1 v\u00edte, \u017ee existuj\u00ed dva hlavn\u00ed druhy: diabetes mellitus 1. a 2. typu. Ale v\u00edte, \u017ee jsou hodn\u011b odli\u0161n\u00e9? Cukrovka 1. typu je autoimunitn\u00ed onemocn\u011bn\u00ed, p\u0159i kter\u00e9m si t\u011blo neum\u00ed vyr\u00e1b\u011bt vlastn\u00ed inzulin. O tom, jestli se u v\u00e1s rozvine, rozhoduje spousta faktor\u016f, ale zjednodu\u0161en\u011b m\u016f\u017eeme \u0159\u00edct, \u017ee je vrozen\u00e1. Neum\u00edme ji zat\u00edm vyl\u00e9\u010dit, d\u00e1 se v\u0161ak takzvan\u011b kompenzovat. Mus\u00edte si aplikovat inzulin a je dobr\u00e9, kdy\u017e k tomu spr\u00e1vn\u011b j\u00edte a h\u00fdbete se.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Diabetes 2. typu se u v\u011bt\u0161iny pacient\u016f projev\u00ed pozd\u011bji v \u017eivot\u011b. Hodn\u011b lid\u00ed si ho spojuje s nezdrav\u00fdm \u017eivotn\u00edm stylem, ale tak jednoduch\u00e9 to taky nen\u00ed. U n\u011bkoho m\u016f\u017ee za v\u0161e genetick\u00e1 z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e. U jin\u00e9ho roky fast foodu nebo m\u00e1lo pohybu. V\u011bt\u0161inou je to kombinace. Cukrovka 2. typu se m\u016f\u017ee (ale nemus\u00ed!) objevit dohromady s obezitou nebo metabolick\u00fdm syndromem. \u010c\u00edm d\u0159\u00edv ji zachyt\u00edte, t\u00edm sp\u00ed\u0161 se d\u00e1 vyl\u00e9\u010dit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aby toho nebylo m\u00e1lo, m\u00e1me je\u0161t\u011b t\u011bhotenskou cukrovku a velmi vz\u00e1cn\u00e9 formy diabetu MODY a LADA. O t\u011bch zase jindy. Ka\u017edop\u00e1dn\u011b: jsou r\u016fzn\u00e9 druhy, projevy a p\u0159\u00ed\u010diny cukrovky. Nen\u00ed to o cukru ani dia su\u0161enk\u00e1ch<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No dob\u0159e, je to <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">i<\/span><\/i> <i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">o cukru<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Ale <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC2822217\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">v jedn\u00e9 studii<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> si t\u0159eba v\u00edc ne\u017e 20 % dotazovan\u00fdch myslelo, \u017ee za diabetes jednodu\u0161e m\u016f\u017ee nadm\u011brn\u00e1 konzumace sladkost\u00ed. To nen\u00ed pravda. Ano, diabetici si mus\u00ed n\u011bkolikr\u00e1t denn\u011b m\u011b\u0159it hladinu gluk\u00f3zy v krvi. Ale nesouvis\u00ed to s t\u00edm, jestli se v d\u011btstv\u00ed cpali gum\u00eddky. Takzvan\u00e1 glyk\u00e9mie se kontroluje proto, aby nedoch\u00e1zelo ke stav\u016fm v\u00fdrazn\u00e9 hypoglyk\u00e9mie (m\u00e1lo cukru v krvi) nebo hyperglyk\u00e9mie (moc cukru v krvi). Kdy\u017e m\u00e1te probl\u00e9m s inzulinem, m\u016f\u017ee to toti\u017e v\u00e9st k opravdu v\u00e1\u017en\u00fdm zdravotn\u00edm komplikac\u00edm.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A ano, plat\u00ed, \u017ee k vyrovnan\u00e9 glyk\u00e9mii pom\u016f\u017ee dob\u0159e zvolen\u00e9 j\u00eddlo. Ale <\/span><b>neznamen\u00e1 to, \u017ee v\u00e1s d\u00edlek \u010dokol\u00e1dy po\u0161le na JIPku, nikdy si ned\u00e1te pivo a p\u0159e\u017e\u00edv\u00e1te jen na dia potravin\u00e1ch<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Diabetici si mus\u00ed \u201ejen\u201c v\u00edc hl\u00eddat pravidelnost, mno\u017estv\u00ed a slo\u017een\u00ed j\u00eddla. Nej\u010dast\u011bji se jim doporu\u010duje n\u011bkter\u00e1 varianta vyv\u00e1\u017een\u00e9 stravy nebo n\u00edzkosacharidov\u00e9 diety, co\u017e by ostatn\u011b prosp\u011blo n\u00e1m v\u0161em.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>3. Cukrovka neznamen\u00e1 z\u00e1kaz sportu<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Naopak. Pravideln\u00fd pohyb pom\u00e1h\u00e1 s kompenzac\u00ed, a pokud m\u00e1te diabetes 2. typu a sna\u017e\u00edte se o remisi (n\u00e1vrat do p\u016fvodn\u00edho stavu), je to p\u0159\u00edmo nutnost. <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fnkv.cz\/soubory\/169\/sport_pri_diabetu.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Podle l\u00e9ka\u0159\u016f<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> je rozd\u00edl jenom v tom, \u017ee diabetik mus\u00ed o intenzit\u011b a d\u00e9lce pohybu v\u00edc uva\u017eovat. Zase kv\u016fli hladin\u011b cukru v krvi. N\u011bkter\u00e9 sporty, t\u0159eba bojov\u00e1 um\u011bn\u00ed nebo adrenalinov\u00e9 v\u00fdkony, jsou pro diabetiky je\u0161t\u011b rizikov\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e pro ostatn\u00ed. Ale jezdit na kole do pr\u00e1ce, pravideln\u011b b\u011bhat nebo posilovat m\u016f\u017eou \u00fapln\u011b stejn\u011b jako kdokoli jin\u00fd.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nejste diabetici, ale m\u00e1te cukrovku v rodin\u011b, sklon k nadv\u00e1ze, sedav\u00fd \u017eivotn\u00ed styl? <\/span><b>Pohyb berte jako d\u016fle\u017eitou prevenci. Je lep\u0161\u00ed \u017e\u00edt zdrav\u011b te\u010f ne\u017e na star\u00e1 kolena honit remisi.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Abyste p\u0159ede\u0161li diabetu 2. typu a prodlou\u017eili si \u017eivot, za\u0159a\u010fte sport do svoj\u00ed rutiny. Je jedno, jestli d\u00e1te osm tis\u00edc krok\u016f denn\u011b, chod\u00edte na j\u00f3gu, jedete crossfit nebo hrajete s kamar\u00e1dy fotbal. Hlavn\u00ed je se na to nevyka\u0161lat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">My v\u00e1s k tomu moc r\u00e1di namotivujeme \u2013 sv\u00fdm klient\u016fm <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.new.prod.mutu.creativedock.cloud\/blog\/2021\/11\/13\/odmenujeme-za-zdravy-zivotni-styl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">za zdrav\u00fd \u017eivotn\u00ed styl<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> vrac\u00edme a\u017e 30 % zaplacen\u00e9ho pojistn\u00e9ho. P\u0159\u00edznaky cukrovky nejsou u v\u0161ech stejn\u00e9<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ty nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed se shoduj\u00ed. \u010cast\u00e1 pot\u0159eba mo\u010dit, velk\u00e1 \u017e\u00edze\u0148, zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e1 chu\u0165 k j\u00eddlu nebo naopak nechutenstv\u00ed, velk\u00e1 \u00fanava a dezorientace. To jsou v\u0161echno varovn\u00e9 sign\u00e1ly: ur\u010dit\u011b si nechte zm\u011b\u0159it cukr. U cukrovky 1. typu k tomu je\u0161t\u011b p\u0159ib\u00fdvaj\u00ed z\u00e1vrat\u011b nebo zvracen\u00ed. Nej\u010dast\u011bji se objevuje u d\u011bt\u00ed, teenager\u016f a mlad\u00fdch dosp\u011bl\u00fdch, ale m\u016f\u017ee p\u0159ij\u00edt kdykoli. I \u0161t\u00edhl\u00fd \u010dty\u0159ic\u00e1tn\u00edk nebo vrcholov\u00fd sportovec m\u016f\u017ee ze dne na den skon\u010dit na JIPce. U diabetu 2. typu b\u00fdv\u00e1 n\u00e1stup pomalej\u0161\u00ed a nen\u00e1padn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ka\u017ed\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk je ov\u0161em jin\u00fd, tak\u017ee <\/span><b>pokud v\u00edte, \u017ee m\u00e1te genetick\u00e9 riziko, v\u0161\u00edmejte si i m\u00e9n\u011b typick\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edznak\u016f<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. \u0160patn\u011b se v\u00e1m hoj\u00ed r\u00e1ny, m\u00e1te tmav\u00e9 skvrny na krku, vid\u00edte rozmazan\u011b? Zhor\u0161ila se v\u00e1m imunita, erekce nebo dlouhodob\u00e1 n\u00e1lada? Jste po\u0159\u00e1d zmaten\u00ed nebo podr\u00e1\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed? V\u0161echno to m\u016f\u017eou b\u00fdt p\u0159\u00edznaky cukrovky. Ale nepova\u017eujte n\u00e1s za bernou minci, nejsme doktor Google. Jd\u011bte za obvo\u010f\u00e1kem nebo rovnou za diabetologem.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jen jedno v\u00edme t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 jist\u011b: pokud m\u00e1te v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00e9 symptomy, omdl\u00edv\u00e1te a nav\u00edc v\u00e1m dech zap\u00e1ch\u00e1 po acetonu, m\u00e1te probl\u00e9m. Je to typick\u00fd p\u0159\u00edznak ketoacid\u00f3zy \u2013 velmi nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9ho stavu, kter\u00fdm vrchol\u00ed zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fd cukr v krvi a chyb\u011bj\u00edc\u00ed inzulin. Diabetes nen\u00ed hendikep<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">M\u00e1me to \u0161t\u011bst\u00ed, \u017ee je dnes u n\u00e1s dostupn\u00fd inzulin, p\u0159\u00edstroje na monitorov\u00e1n\u00ed gluk\u00f3zy a specializovan\u00e1 l\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00e1 p\u00e9\u010de. Diabetici m\u016f\u017eou \u017e\u00edt naprosto plnohodnotn\u00e9 \u017eivoty, kter\u00e9 se neto\u010d\u00ed jenom kolem jejich nemoci. Rozhodn\u011b netvrd\u00edme, \u017ee (nejen) prvn\u00ed kroky po diagn\u00f3ze nejsou psychicky n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9. Zejm\u00e9na diabetik\u016fm 1. typu v\u00edc hroz\u00ed deprese nebo <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.new.prod.mutu.creativedock.cloud\/blog\/2021\/10\/19\/syndrom-vyhoreni-prevence\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">syndrom vyho\u0159en\u00ed<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Ale <\/span><b>nikdo z n\u00e1s tomu nepom\u016f\u017ee t\u00edm, \u017ee kolem cukrovk\u00e1\u0159e ve sv\u00e9m okol\u00ed budeme chodit po \u0161pi\u010dk\u00e1ch a chovat se k n\u011bmu jako k nap\u016fl nesv\u00e9pr\u00e1vn\u00e9mu pacientovi<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Taky se jich nen\u00ed nutn\u00e9 po\u0159\u00e1d na n\u011bco vypt\u00e1vat. Nechte je, a\u0165 se sami sv\u011b\u0159\u00ed, kdy\u017e pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed, a \u0159eknou v\u00e1m to d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9. T\u0159eba co m\u00e1te d\u011blat, kdy\u017e na n\u011b p\u0159ijde \u201ehypo\u201c. Taky klient\u016fm vrac\u00edme 5 %, kdy\u017e chod\u00ed na preventivn\u00ed prohl\u00eddky. Ale i kdy\u017e n\u011bkter\u00fdm nemocem nep\u0159edejdete, m\u016f\u017eete se aspo\u0148 p\u0159ipravit na jejich l\u00e9\u010dbu.
