Ov\u0161em poprv\u00e9 jej u\u017e v 70. letech popsal psychoanalytik Herbert Freudenberger, kter\u00fd pozoroval person\u00e1l na sv\u00e9 klinice pro drogov\u011b z\u00e1visl\u00e9 a zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed publikoval v jednom v\u011bdeck\u00e9m \u010dasopise pod n\u00e1zvem <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/spssi.onlinelibrary.wiley.com\/doi\/10.1111\/j.1540-4560.1974.tb00706.x\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Staff-Burnout<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Syndrom vyho\u0159en\u00ed tak\u00e9 s\u00e1m pro\u017eil. Pot\u00e9, co vystudoval dv\u011b vysok\u00e9 \u0161koly, zalo\u017eil a vedl zm\u00edn\u011bnou kliniku a k tomu se v\u011bnoval psychoanalytick\u00e9 praxi, se jednoho dne probudil a nemohl vst\u00e1t z postele. Z\u016fstal v n\u00ed t\u00fdden. Potom si naordinoval klid bez pr\u00e1ce, ale horliv\u011b zapisoval ve\u0161ker\u00e9 pocity a zm\u011bny, kter\u00e9 se v n\u011bm ud\u00e1ly. Tohle nebyl oby\u010dejn\u00fd den\u00ed\u010dek \u2013 na Freudenbergerovu pr\u00e1ci nav\u00e1zala spousta v\u011bdc\u016f.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Jak syndrom vyho\u0159en\u00ed p\u0159esn\u011b vypad\u00e1?<\/h2>\n<p><b><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Existuje mnoho model\u016f v\u00fdvoje. Nejkrat\u0161\u00ed obsahuje t\u0159i f\u00e1ze, nejdel\u0161\u00ed jich m\u00e1 dvan\u00e1ct. F\u00e1ze syndromu vyho\u0159en\u00ed se v\u011bt\u0161inou navz\u00e1jem p\u0159ekr\u00fdvaj\u00ed a nen\u00ed mo\u017en\u00e9 je p\u0159esn\u011b ohrani\u010dit. <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.profeskoucink.cz\/blog\/faze-profesionalniho-vyhoreni.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">F\u00e1zov\u00fd model podle Edelwiche a Brodsk\u00e9ho<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> popisuje \u010dty\u0159i hlavn\u00ed f\u00e1ze: idealistick\u00e9 nad\u0161en\u00ed, stagnaci, frustraci a apatii.
