Abychom v\u00e1s na n\u011bj naladili, m\u00e1me p\u00e1r n\u00e1pad\u016f, jak si udr\u017eet motivaci a nav\u00edc ji p\u0159edat i d\u011btem. Vy ale m\u016f\u017eete za\u010d\u00edt u\u017e v dob\u011b, kdy jsou je\u0161t\u011b v ko\u010d\u00e1rku\u2026\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>I ch\u016fze je sport<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Sportovat jako novope\u010den\u00fd rodi\u010d bude jist\u011b jednodu\u0161\u0161\u00ed, pokud jste byli zvykl\u00ed h\u00fdbat se i jako nerodi\u010d.
