Ve chv\u00edli, kdy se pil\u00ed\u0159, od kter\u00e9ho odvozujeme svou vnit\u0159n\u00ed hodnotu, zhrout\u00ed (p\u0159ijdeme o pr\u00e1ci, postaven\u00ed, zm\u011bn\u00ed se n\u00e1m vzhled, rozpadne vztah), velmi obt\u00ed\u017en\u011b hled\u00e1me vlastn\u00ed kvality uvnit\u0159.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Te\u010f b\u011bhem lockdownu je p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitost\u00ed pochybovat o sob\u011b v\u00edc ne\u017e dost \u2013 v\u00a0napjat\u00e9 dom\u00e1c\u00ed atmosf\u00e9\u0159e selh\u00e1v\u00e1me jako rodi\u010de, p\u0159i distan\u010dn\u00ed v\u00fduce jsme ztratili iluze o sv\u00fdch pedagogick\u00fdch schopnostech, o partnersk\u00fdch kvalit\u00e1ch ani nemluv\u011b. Lid\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed \u017eij\u00ed sami, se pot\u00fdkaj\u00ed s\u00a0pocity osam\u011blosti nebo si vy\u010d\u00edtaj\u00ed, \u017ee se jim neda\u0159\u00ed naj\u00edt partnera. A ta ple\u0165, jak puber\u0165\u00e1k. V\u00a0pr\u00e1ci ti to taky moc nejde, vi\u010f? Stejn\u011b jen sed\u00ed\u0161 za po\u010d\u00edta\u010dem a na n\u011bjakou zaj\u00edmavou kari\u00e9ru m\u016f\u017ee\u0161 zapomenout. Nikdo n\u00e1s toti\u017e nikdy ne\u0159e\u0161\u00ed tak intenzivn\u011b jako my sami. Mo\u017en\u00e1 to tak nevypad\u00e1, ale ka\u017ed\u00fd se zab\u00fdv\u00e1 s\u00e1m sebou mnohem v\u00edc ne\u017e ostatn\u00edmi. Radost z\u00a0oby\u010dejn\u00fdch v\u011bc\u00ed je efektivn\u00edm protip\u00f3lem pochybnost\u00ed.
