Do ledov\u00e9 vody vlezete kdekoli, \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 vl\u00e1da v\u00e1m to nem\u016f\u017ee zak\u00e1zat, je to naprosto zdarma a <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.new.prod.mutu.creativedock.cloud\/blog\/2019\/06\/24\/4-triky-jak-vas-chlad-zbavi-pneumatik\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">zdravotn\u00ed benefity<\/a> jsou jasn\u00e9. Prost\u011b sam\u00fd win-win-win-win. Vyzpov\u00eddal jsem skupinku holek z na\u0161\u00ed kancel\u00e1\u0159e, kter\u00e9 tomu v posledn\u00edm m\u011bs\u00edci propadly. Ale nejd\u0159\u00edv jsme vyrazili na pra\u017esk\u00fd St\u0159eleck\u00fd ostrov. Ne, po\u010dkej, pod\u00edv\u00e1me se na Stravu, tam je v\u0161echno. <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(hledaj\u00ed v appce)<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Tak te\u010f to bude teprve t\u0159i t\u00fddny. Napi\u0161 tam v\u00edc!<\/span><\/p>\n<h1><b>Otu\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed a prvn\u00ed pokusy<\/b><\/h1>\n<p><b>Te\u010f je za\u010d\u00e1tek prosince. Je u\u017e pozd\u011b za\u010d\u00ednat?<\/b><b><i><br \/>\n<\/i><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jedin\u011b \u017ee by ses u\u017e doma otu\u017eoval ve spr\u0161e. Ale j\u00edt te\u010f do ledov\u00e9 vody poprv\u00e9 se fakt nedoporu\u010duje. Na druhou stranu v\u011b\u0159\u00edm, \u017ee v na\u0161\u00ed firm\u011b by se i te\u010f na\u0161li jedinci, kte\u0159\u00ed by se hecli. Petr taky teprve za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1. Tak\u017ee nemo\u017en\u00e9 to nen\u00ed. Ka\u017edop\u00e1dn\u011b se to napoprv\u00e9 nesm\u00ed p\u0159ehnat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Tak\u017ee tam p\u0159i prvn\u00edm pokusu jen vl\u00edtne\u0161 a vyl\u00edtne\u0161?<br \/>\n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Poprv\u00e9 jsme nejv\u00edc vn\u00edmaly, jak hrozn\u011b je ta voda ledov\u00e1. Odpo\u010d\u00edt\u00e1valy jsme ka\u017edou vte\u0159inu prvn\u00ed minuty a vlastn\u011b jsme a\u017e trochu vy\u0161ilovaly. V prvn\u00ed minut\u011b toti\u017e jde o to se srovnat. Byly jsme tam celkem tak dv\u011b minuty. Ono se to \u010dasem s dal\u0161\u00edmi pokusy m\u011bn\u00ed, ale rozd\u00edl je p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm v psychice. Nev\u011b\u0159\u00edm tomu, \u017ee se n\u00e1m hned napot\u0159et\u00ed n\u011bjak zm\u011bnilo t\u011blo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>A te\u010f je prvn\u00ed minuta jin\u00e1? P\u0159ekvapilo m\u011b, \u017ee jste vypadaly hrozn\u011b klidn\u011b.<br \/>\n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Te\u010f u\u017e to je jinak. Jdeme tam s t\u00edm, \u017ee OK, je to ledov\u00fd, ale zklidn\u00edme se a d\u00fdch\u00e1me. To, co pro n\u00e1s p\u0159edt\u00edm byla prvn\u00ed minuta, jsou te\u010f tak t\u0159i.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>D\u00fdch\u00e1te n\u011bjak speci\u00e1ln\u011b?<br \/>\n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ne. Prost\u011b jen zhluboka. Hlavn\u011b mus\u00ed\u0161 prod\u00fdchat za\u010d\u00e1tek.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>J\u00e1 m\u00e1m v ledov\u00e9 vod\u011b probl\u00e9m, \u017ee se nem\u016f\u017eu nadechnout. Ten chlad mi sv\u00edr\u00e1 hrudn\u00edk.<br \/>\n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mus\u00edm \u0159\u00edct, \u017ee kdy\u017e jsem na tebe v\u010dera mluvila z vody, hned jsem m\u011bla probl\u00e9m se koncentrovat. A taky se mi sv\u00edral hrudn\u00edk. Jak jsem mluvila, c\u00edtila jsem, \u017ee pl\u00edce nepou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1m jen na d\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed, a byl to hned probl\u00e9m. Nec\u00edtila jsem se pak chv\u00edli dob\u0159e.<\/span><\/p>\n<h1><b>Z tepla do mrazu, z mrazu do tepla<\/b><\/h1>\n<p><b>Jak se b\u011b\u017en\u011b m\u011bn\u00ed pocity b\u011bhem \u201eponoru\u201c?<br \/>\n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Na za\u010d\u00e1tku se ti tam fakt nechce. Nebo i chce, t\u011b\u0161\u00ed\u0161 se na to, ale je ti prost\u011b zima. A najednou tam jsi! Potom m\u00e1m nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed strach z toho, \u017ee mus\u00edm vyl\u00e9zt a budu m\u00edt omezen\u00fd \u010das na to, abych se obl\u00e9kla. Proto\u017ee pak u\u017e nefunguj\u00ed ruce. Taky se to d\u00e1 vy\u0159e\u0161it t\u00edm, \u017ee ruce b\u011bhem koup\u00e1n\u00ed nech\u00e1\u0161 zvednut\u00e9 nad vodou.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Tak\u017ee ve vod\u011b nem\u00e1te nutkavou pot\u0159ebu ut\u00e9ct?<br \/>\n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">V\u016fbec.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Jak\u00fd je pocit z toho ledov\u00e9ho vzduchu, kdy\u017e se svl\u00e9knete?<br \/>\n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To v\u016fbec nevn\u00edm\u00e1m. Je to rychl\u00fd, prost\u011b se svl\u00edkne\u0161 a jde\u0161 hned do vody.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>A rozd\u00edl mezi pocitem ze vzduchu a vody?<br \/>\n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zrovna v\u010dera jsem m\u011bla pocit, jako by m\u011b ta voda oh\u0159\u00edvala. Ne snad \u017ee by byla v\u00fdrazn\u011b teplej\u0161\u00ed, ale nad hladinou foukalo a to bylo hrozn\u011b poznat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Je to v n\u011b\u010dem podobn\u00e9 tomu, kdy\u017e jdete v saun\u011b do ledov\u00e9 vody? Takov\u00fd ten adrenalin, co v\u00e1s nakopne, kdy\u017e vyb\u011bhnete?<br \/>\n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">V\u016fbec bych to nesrovn\u00e1vala. Kdy\u017e jdu v saun\u011b do ochlazovac\u00edho baz\u00e9nku, je to opravdu jen na dv\u011b vte\u0159iny. Zchlad\u00ed\u0161 se, ud\u011bl\u00e1 ti to dob\u0159e, ale je to n\u011bco \u00fapln\u011b jin\u00e9ho. Nav\u00edc v saun\u011b je to cel\u00e9 pomalej\u0161\u00ed. On i proces zah\u0159\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed je velice pozvoln\u00fd. Ale tady je to jin\u00e9. T\u0159eba v\u010dera jsem asi po dvou minut\u00e1ch ud\u011blala n\u011bjak\u00fd pohyb rukou, cht\u011bla jsem ud\u011blat tempo, a u\u017e jsem c\u00edtila, jak mi ty ledov\u00e9 kon\u010detiny vlastn\u011b za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00ed ho\u0159et a divn\u011b p\u00e1lit. V saun\u011b je ta ledov\u00e1 voda jen prvotn\u00ed \u0161ok, ale hrozn\u011b rychle se zah\u0159eje\u0161 znova. T\u011blo se vlastn\u011b ani nestihne ochladit. \u2013\u00a0<\/span><b><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Po saun\u011b jsem nav\u00edc unaven\u00e1, ale po otu\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed jsem nabuzen\u00e1.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Je to tak v\u017edycky?<\/b><b><br \/>\n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">U\u017e se mi stalo, \u017ee jsem po otu\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed byla naopak stra\u0161n\u011b unaven\u00e1. Ale to bylo t\u00edm, \u017ee jsem si po n\u011bm dala horkou sprchu. Z\u00e1sadn\u00ed chyba.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Tak\u017ee co m\u00e1m spr\u00e1vn\u011b d\u011blat po tom, co vylezu?<br \/>\n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">T\u011blo mus\u00ed rozmrznout pozvolna. \u017d\u00e1dn\u00e1 hork\u00e1 voda, mus\u00ed\u0161 se jen teple obl\u00e9ct a po\u010dkat. Mus\u00ed to b\u00fdt such\u00fd teplo. Vz\u00edt si deku a d\u00e1t si t\u0159eba doma \u010daj. Ale vana je fakt blbost. Je to stejn\u00e9, jako kdy\u017e m\u00e1\u0161 ruce zmrzl\u00e9 ze zimy. M\u00e1\u0161 pak za\u010d\u00edt studenou vodou, a ne va\u0159\u00edc\u00ed. Foto: Jan Strmiska<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h1><b>Jak dlouho, jak \u010dasto a kdy vlastn\u011b?<\/b><\/h1>\n<p><b>Jak rychl\u00fd je posun od jednoho koup\u00e1n\u00ed k dal\u0161\u00edmu?<br \/>\n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Za\u010d\u00ednaly jsme na necel\u00fdch dvou minut\u00e1ch, ale znateln\u011b jsme to posouvaly. Kdy\u017e jsme byly asi pop\u00e1t\u00e9, u\u017e jsme byly na osmi minut\u00e1ch, a Eva dala u\u017e i 17 minut. Jen\u017ee samotn\u00fd \u010das se ned\u00e1 porovn\u00e1vat, stejn\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 je i teplota. Kdyby bylo stabiln\u00ed po\u010das\u00ed, m\u016f\u017ee\u0161 to hodnotit. Ale t\u00edm, \u017ee se te\u010f dost ochlazuje vzduch i voda, to nejde srovnat. Je sakra rozd\u00edl mezi t\u00edm, jestli m\u00e1 voda deset, osm, nebo \u0161est stup\u0148\u016f. Ka\u017ed\u00fd stupe\u0148 je neuv\u011b\u0159iteln\u011b zn\u00e1t. A rozd\u00edl je i u teploty vzduchu. Probl\u00e9m se zmrzl\u00fdma rukama jsme poprv\u00e9 ani nem\u011bly. Taky venku bylo plus p\u011bt a voda m\u011bla plus deset. To je n\u011bco \u00fapln\u011b jin\u00e9ho.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Jak \u010dasto by se m\u011blo chodit?<br \/>\n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dvakr\u00e1t t\u00fddn\u011b, aby to k n\u011b\u010demu bylo. A jsou lidi, kte\u0159\u00ed si je\u0161t\u011b d\u00e1vaj\u00ed ka\u017ed\u00fd den studenou sprchu. To je k tomu super.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Chod\u00edte r\u00e1no, nebo ve\u010der?<br \/>\n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Chod\u00edme bu\u010f brzy r\u00e1no, na sedmou, nebo takhle ve\u010der kolem \u0161est\u00e9. Ka\u017ed\u00e9 z toho je \u00fapln\u011b jin\u00fd pocit. R\u00e1no se ti nechce vst\u00e1vat, proto\u017ee v\u00ed\u0161, \u017ee t\u011b \u010dek\u00e1 ta studen\u00e1 voda. Nechce se ti z tepl\u00e9 postele. Ale z\u00e1rove\u0148 kdy\u017e z vody vyleze\u0161, m\u00e1\u0161 nastartovan\u00fd cel\u00fd den. Je to skoro m\u00edsto sn\u00eddan\u011b. Fakt to nabud\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>A ve\u010der je to jak\u00e9?<br \/>\n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ve\u010der jsem po tom trochu rozbit\u00e1. Kdybych pak cht\u011bla n\u011bkde divo\u010dit, nev\u00edm, jestli bych na to byla ve spr\u00e1vn\u00e9m rozpolo\u017een\u00ed. Rad\u0161i termosku s \u010dajem. A taky si vz\u00edt \u201ena potom\u201c po\u0159\u00e1dn\u00e9 rukavice a tepl\u00e9 pono\u017eky. Jsou i lid\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed si sednou do vody v kulichu. Na rukou maj\u00ed rukavice a ruce dr\u017e\u00ed nad hladinou. Ale n\u011bkdo to pokl\u00e1d\u00e1 za podv\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed! A nem\u016f\u017ee\u0161 plavat. J\u00e1 si n\u011bkdy beru \u010depici nebo \u0161\u00e1lu, ale m\u00e1m to jen pro pocit, a nav\u00edc si mysl\u00edm, \u017ee mi to pak v t\u011bch plavk\u00e1ch v\u00edc slu\u0161\u00ed. <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(sm\u00edch)<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><b>Jsou rozd\u00edly v lokac\u00edch?<br \/>\n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Na St\u0159el\u00e1ku je hodn\u011b nutri\u00ed, ale zase je tam m\u011blk\u00e1 voda a dno kles\u00e1 postupn\u011b. Ale d\u00e1l je bahno, co\u017e t\u0159eba kluci nesn\u00e1\u0161ej\u00ed. Dojdou a\u017e do bahna a pak jim vad\u00ed v n\u011bm st\u00e1t, co\u017e ch\u00e1pu. J\u00e1 rad\u0161i z\u016fstanu na m\u011bl\u010din\u011b a v\u00edc se skr\u010d\u00edm. \u2013 Ur\u010dit\u011b cho\u010f n\u011bkam, kde to kles\u00e1 pozvolna a kde dos\u00e1hne\u0161. Zvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 kdy\u017e za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1\u0161 nebo kdybys \u0161el s\u00e1m (co\u017e bys nem\u011bl). Nejlep\u0161\u00ed je m\u00edt vodu po prsa. M\u016f\u017ee\u0161 se p\u0159ikr\u010dit, ale kdybys dostal k\u0159e\u010d, dostane\u0161 se z vody s\u00e1m. A plav ur\u010dit\u011b, jen kdy\u017e m\u00e1\u0161 n\u011bkoho s sebou. K\u0159e\u010d m\u016f\u017ee p\u0159ij\u00edt kdykoli.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Vid\u011bl jsem n\u011bjakou pan\u00ed, co plavala sama s b\u00f3jkou. Jak to funguje?<br \/>\n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To se pr\u00e1v\u011b hod\u00ed, kdy\u017e u\u017e n\u011bkdo chod\u00ed s\u00e1m. B\u00f3jku si p\u0159iv\u00e1\u017ee\u0161 k pasu, je to takov\u00fd velk\u00fd oran\u017eov\u00fd pytl\u00edk, co plave za tebou. Asi by t\u011b m\u011bl udr\u017eet na hladin\u011b. Kdy\u017e m\u00e1\u0161 probl\u00e9m, chytne\u0161 se ho, ne\u017e se k tob\u011b n\u011bkdo dostane. Nebo t\u011b pak aspo\u0148 l\u00edp najdou.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Kam se je\u0161t\u011b v Praze chod\u00ed?<br \/>\n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">D\u0159\u00edv jsme chodily na \u0160tvanici, kde je m\u00ed\u0148 lid\u00ed, ale na St\u0159eleck\u00fd ostrov to m\u00e1me z pr\u00e1ce bl\u00ed\u017e. Hodn\u011b lid\u00ed chod\u00ed taky do Troji ke kan\u00e1lu nebo do Bran\u00edku, kde je z\u00e1kladna <a href=\"http:\/\/www.otuzilci-praha.cz\/cz\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">klubu otu\u017eilc\u016f<\/a> u TJ Kotva.
