Nebo \u017ee obsah \u017eeleza v jablk\u00e1ch klesl tak drasticky, \u017ee nam\u00edsto jednoho jich mus\u00edme spo\u0159\u00e1dat <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">rovnou dvacet \u0161est<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Opravdu je p\u016fda vy\u010derpan\u00e1?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Internet je pln\u00fd studi\u00ed, kter\u00e9 tvrd\u00ed, \u017ee \u017eiviny v p\u016fd\u011b jsou vy\u010derpan\u00e9. Oh\u00e1n\u00ed se jimi i <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.scientificamerican.com\/article\/soil-depletion-and-nutrition-loss\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Scientific American<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Nedostatek vitamin\u016f a miner\u00e1l\u016f v zemin\u011b se podle nich prom\u00edt\u00e1 tak\u00e9 do na\u0161\u00ed stravy. Pak je ale t\u0159eba <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sciencedirect.com\/science\/article\/pii\/S0889157516302113\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">nez\u00e1visl\u00e1 metaanal\u00fdza<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> publikovan\u00e1 v Journal of Food Composition and Analysis, kter\u00e1 tyto novodob\u00e9 m\u00fdty zm\u00edr\u0148uje.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jej\u00ed autor a odborn\u00edk na v\u00fd\u017eivu Robin James Marles poukazuje na to, \u017ee v\u00fdpo\u010dty nejsou tak jednoduch\u00e9, jak se m\u016f\u017ee zd\u00e1t. U\u017e kv\u016fli obrovsk\u00fdm p\u0159irozen\u00fdm odchylk\u00e1m v r\u00e1mci r\u016fzn\u00fdch druh\u016f ovoce, zeleniny nebo obilovin. Nav\u00edc podle n\u011bj n\u011bkter\u00e9 studie ukazuj\u00ed mal\u00fd pokles v obsahu n\u011bkter\u00fdch prvk\u016f, jin\u00e9 naopak r\u016fst (\u00fadajn\u011b d\u00edky hnojen\u00ed) a dal\u0161\u00ed zase, \u017ee je to st\u00e1le stejn\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dokonce se ani neprok\u00e1zal rozd\u00edl v obsahu miner\u00e1l\u016f u rostlin hnojen\u00fdch chemicky a t\u011bch, kter\u00e9 se hnoj\u00ed bio hnojem. Citeln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed rozd\u00edl v obsahu \u017eivin je pak sp\u00ed\u0161 zp\u016fsoben jin\u00fdm typem rostlin. Modern\u00ed trpasli\u010d\u00ed odr\u016fdy maj\u00ed v sob\u011b v\u00edc vody a \u0161krobu. Maj\u00ed sice v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed \u00farodu, ale z\u00e1rove\u0148 se v nich mikronutrienty m\u00edrn\u011b \u201ena\u0159ed\u00ed\u201c.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>M\u016f\u017ee za to i CO<\/b><b>2<\/b><b>. Co\u017ee? To je zp\u016fsob, jak p\u011bstovat levn\u011b. Samotn\u00e1 logistika a kult chlazen\u00fdch potravin z druh\u00e9ho konce sv\u011bta tak na kvalit\u011b ub\u00edraj\u00ed mnohem v\u00edce ne\u017e probl\u00e9m s p\u016fdou nebo oxid uhli\u010dit\u00fd.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Obsah vitamin\u016f a miner\u00e1l\u016f v potravin\u00e1ch je na maximu p\u0159esn\u011b ve chv\u00edli, kdy se sklid\u00ed. Potom to u\u017e jen kles\u00e1. Nap\u0159\u00edklad \u0161pen\u00e1t za t\u00fdden p\u0159i pokojov\u00e9 teplot\u011b ztrat\u00ed 100 % vitaminu C. Pokud je skladov\u00e1n p\u0159i teplot\u011b 20 \u00b0C, ztr\u00e1c\u00ed 75 %. Je to proto, \u017ee jeho listy jsou velice tenk\u00e9, a rychle tak podl\u00e9h\u00e1 oxidaci, tedy zk\u00e1ze. Ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s t\u00edm pak procenta spojen\u00e1 s \u00fadajn\u00fdm vy\u010derp\u00e1n\u00edm p\u016fdy ztr\u00e1cej\u00ed na nal\u00e9havosti.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Tak\u017ee co pro sebe m\u016f\u017eeme ud\u011blat?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dost stra\u0161en\u00ed. Vitaminovou matematiku pak m\u016f\u017eeme nechat stranou.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pokles kvality potravin kv\u016fli zni\u010den\u00e9mu prost\u0159ed\u00ed je sice l\u00e1kav\u00e1 medi\u00e1ln\u00ed zkratka, ale dne\u0161n\u00edho \u010dlov\u011bka v\u00edc ohro\u017euje p\u0159ej\u00edd\u00e1n\u00ed, j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dek, ve kter\u00e9m p\u0159eva\u017euj\u00ed pr\u016fmyslov\u011b zpracovan\u00e1 j\u00eddla, nebo sedav\u00fd \u017eivotn\u00ed styl.
