Nen\u00ed na \u010dase p\u0159ehodnotit za\u017eit\u00e9 stereotypy a uvolnit prostor nov\u00fdm v\u011bcem? J\u00e1 jsem si nap\u0159\u00edklad na home office kv\u016fli odclon\u011bn\u00ed hluku, kter\u00fd nonstop vyd\u00e1valy m\u00e9 d\u011bti, po\u0159\u00eddila bezdr\u00e1tov\u00e1 sluch\u00e1tka. Tahle \u201eodhlu\u010d\u0148ovac\u00ed\u201c metoda se mi perfektn\u011b osv\u011bd\u010dila i po n\u00e1vratu do kancel\u00e1\u0159e. <\/span><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Nastavte nov\u00e1 pravidla<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Vid\u00edte zm\u011bny, kter\u00e9 ovlivnily v\u00e1\u0161 pracovn\u00ed i soukrom\u00fd \u017eivot? V\u00fdborn\u011b. Pokud v\u00e1m n\u011bkter\u00e9 vyhovuj\u00ed, za\u0159a\u010fte je do sv\u00e9 obvykl\u00e9 rutiny. Objektivn\u00ed fakta jsou jedna v\u011bc, ale to, jak se k\u00a0situaci postav\u00edme a jak\u00e9 emoce v\u00a0n\u00e1s vyvol\u00e1, z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed do velk\u00e9 m\u00edry jen na n\u00e1s samotn\u00fdch.
