T\u00edm sp\u00ed\u0161 si zaslou\u017e\u00edte uzn\u00e1n\u00ed, kdy\u017e se o sebe star\u00e1te. Mrkn\u011bte na p\u0159\u00edb\u011bhy \u010dty\u0159 na\u0161ich z\u00e1kazn\u00edk\u016f, kter\u00e9 uvid\u00edte i v na\u0161\u00ed kampani. Sna\u017e\u00ed se o zdrav\u00fd \u017eivotn\u00ed styl, a\u010dkoli to neb\u00fdv\u00e1 jednoduch\u00e9. Ale n\u011bkdy sta\u010d\u00ed i mal\u00e1 zm\u011bna a po \u010dase je z n\u00ed velk\u00e1 v\u011bc. I proto jim vrac\u00edme a\u017e 30 % pojistn\u00e9ho. Respekt!<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Ta, kter\u00e1 b\u011bh\u00e1 s chrtem<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Martina Aulehlov\u00e1<\/strong> pracuje v HR, tak\u017ee tr\u00e1v\u00ed spoustu \u010dasu za po\u010d\u00edta\u010dem. Asi i proto r\u00e1da b\u011bh\u00e1. \u201eAle u\u017e to nen\u00ed, co to b\u00fdvalo,\u201c sm\u011bje se, kdy\u017e se j\u00ed na b\u011bh zept\u00e1te. Je\u0161t\u011b p\u0159ed dv\u011bma lety nab\u011bhala i 50 km t\u00fddn\u011b.<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Te\u010f vyr\u00e1\u017e\u00ed ven hlavn\u011b o v\u00edkendech, se sv\u00fdm chrtem Pira\u0148ou, ide\u00e1ln\u011b do lesa nebo do hor. To se j\u00ed to b\u011bh\u00e1, \u0159eknete si z\u0159ejm\u011b, kdy\u017e m\u00e1 chrta. Ale zd\u00e1n\u00ed pr\u00fd klame. \u201eChrti jsou stra\u0161n\u011b l\u00edn\u00ed. Kdy\u017e jdou b\u011bhat oni, mus\u00ed se zkr\u00e1tka p\u0159idat. Chce si ostatn\u011b zlep\u0161it \u010dasy na p\u016flmaraton i maraton, tak na sob\u011b mus\u00ed makat. \u201eM\u00e1m okolo sebe r\u00e1da lidi, co um\u00ed strhnout ostatn\u00ed. A mus\u00edm \u0159\u00edct, \u017ee co m\u00e1m sama hromadu pr\u00e1ce, respektuju ka\u017ed\u00e9ho, kdo se rozhodne n\u011bco pro sebe d\u011blat a donut\u00ed se k tomu. To je to nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mutumutu.cz\/\">\u017divotko od Mutumutu<\/a> si Martina po\u0159\u00eddila asi p\u0159ed rokem. \u201eA je pravda, \u017ee d\u00edky n\u011bmu jsem se zase za\u010dala h\u00fdbat podstatn\u011b v\u00edc. Kolem m\u011b ho m\u00e1 \u010d\u00edm d\u00e1l v\u00edc lid\u00ed, tak\u017ee to na n\u011b nejsp\u00ed\u0161 funguje podobn\u011b. Taky u\u017e za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1m myslet na budoucnost a nechci se jenom bavit. Asi st\u00e1rnu,\u201c znovu se sm\u011bje. \u201eP\u0159ijde mi super, \u017ee m\u011b poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed donutilo zase b\u011bhat, a nav\u00edc mi d\u00edky tomu vrac\u00ed pen\u00edze. Tak\u017ee ide\u00e1l. Hodinky jako d\u00e1rek u\u017e jsou jenom p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00fd bonus,\u201c uzav\u00edr\u00e1.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Sport nen\u00ed jenom pro mlad\u00e9<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Honza Slanina<\/strong> je pr\u00e1vn\u00edk a pracuje od nevid\u00edm do nevid\u00edm, co\u017e se taky kapku podepsalo na jeho postav\u011b. Nav\u00edc m\u00e1 rodinu a t\u0159i d\u011bti, tak\u017ee \u010dasu opravdu nem\u00e1 nazbyt. P\u0159esto se donutil ke zm\u011bn\u011b. Posledn\u00ed rok jezd\u00ed do pr\u00e1ce denn\u011b na kole a d\u00edky tomu u\u017e zhubl 15 kilo \u2013 b\u011bhem 500 j\u00edzd najezdil p\u0159es 2500 kilometr\u016f! \u201eJsem ale trochu alergick\u00fd na to, kdy\u017e tomu n\u011bkdo \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 sport. Kolo je pro m\u011b dopravn\u00ed prost\u0159edek. Pak ale jel p\u0159edn\u00e1\u0161et do ciziny, koupil si kolo a \u00fapln\u011b zm\u011bnil \u017eivotn\u00ed styl. Po t\u0159iceti letech je z n\u011bj \u0161lachovit\u00fd cyklista, co vy\u0161l\u00e1pne kopce, ze kter\u00fdch by se mi zato\u010dila hlava u\u017e na pohled,\u201d vysv\u011btluje Honza. Jeho otci u\u017e je te\u010f p\u0159es 70 let a po\u0159\u00e1d jezd\u00ed. \u201eT\u00e1ta mi uk\u00e1zal, \u017ee to jde, \u017ee sport nen\u00ed jenom pro mlad\u00e9. Za to, co dok\u00e1zal, m\u00e1 m\u016fj obrovsk\u00fd respekt,\u201c dod\u00e1v\u00e1.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ale prav\u00fd motiv\u00e1tor sednout na kolo ka\u017ed\u00fd den p\u0159i\u0161el a\u017e pozd\u011bji. Po narozen\u00ed t\u0159et\u00edho d\u00edt\u011bte Honza do\u0161el k tomu, \u017ee \u017e\u00edt zdrav\u011bji nesta\u010d\u00ed. \u017de rodina pot\u0159ebuje n\u011bjak\u00e9 zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed i v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee onemocn\u00ed nebo se mu n\u011bco stane. A d\u00edky tomu objevil <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mutumutu.cz\/\">\u017eivotko od Mutumutu<\/a>, kter\u00e9 odm\u011b\u0148uje za pohyb. \u201eRozhodl jsem se, \u017ee chci m\u00edt po\u0159\u00e1d pln\u00fd po\u010det bod\u016f a maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed slevu. Tak\u017ee jsem za\u010dal jezdit, i kdy\u017e po\u010das\u00ed nen\u00ed \u00fapln\u011b nejlep\u0161\u00ed,\u201c sm\u011bje se. \u201e<a href=\"https:\/\/www.mutumutu.cz\/\">Mutumutu<\/a> je poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed bez kapit\u00e1lov\u00fdch legr\u00e1cek, zbyte\u010dn\u00fdch plateb, a nav\u00edc m\u011b motivuje k pohybu. A \u0161ance z\u00edskat a\u017e t\u0159etinu pojistn\u00e9ho zp\u00e1tky je prost\u011b super,\u201c shrnuje Honza.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Spus\u0165te u\u017e kone\u010dn\u011b tu j\u00f3gu!<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Tereza Ko\u0161atov\u00e1<\/strong> je marke\u0165a\u010dka. Na kole projela celou Korsiku, ned\u00e1vno zvl\u00e1dla dva p\u016flmaratony a krom\u011b toho dala sbohem MHD a rad\u011bji chod\u00ed p\u011b\u0161ky. Odmala byla toti\u017e nau\u010den\u00e1 hodn\u011b se pohybovat. A proto\u017ee p\u0159i pohledu na sv\u00e9 vrstevn\u00edky \u010dasem pochopila, \u017ee to nen\u00ed zdaleka samoz\u0159ejm\u00e9, c\u00edt\u00ed dnes respekt hlavn\u011b ke sv\u00fdm rodi\u010d\u016fm. \u201ePro m\u011b je pohyb odjak\u017eiva p\u0159irozenou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed \u017eivota. Podle sez\u00f3ny k tomu p\u0159id\u00e1v\u00e1m ly\u017ee, b\u011b\u017eky, kolo, t\u00fary,\u201c vypo\u010d\u00edt\u00e1v\u00e1 Terka. A \u0159\u00edk\u00e1, \u017ee b\u011bhat za\u010dala vlastn\u011b pom\u011brn\u011b ned\u00e1vno. A zase ji k tomu motivovali rodi\u010de, kdy\u017e vid\u011bla, jak je b\u011bh\u00e1n\u00ed chytlo, a\u010dkoli maj\u00ed po pades\u00e1tce. \u201eTe\u010f se navz\u00e1jem podporujeme a rozeb\u00edr\u00e1me probl\u00e9my amat\u00e9rsk\u00fdch b\u011b\u017ec\u016f,\u201c sm\u011bje se.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>\u201e<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pro <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mutumutu.cz\/\">poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed od Mutumutu<\/a> se Terka rozhodla ve chv\u00edli, kdy si po\u0159\u00eddila byt a za\u010dala pracovat jako <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.new.prod.mutu.creativedock.cloud\/blog\/2021\/11\/11\/pojisteni-pracovni-neschopnosti-osvc\/\">OSV\u010c<\/a>. \u201eCel\u00fd \u017eivot sportuju tak n\u011bjak kv\u016fli sob\u011b, ale te\u010f m\u00e1m d\u00edky tomu i v\u00fdhodn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed \u017eivotko. To je skv\u011bl\u00e1 odm\u011bna, proto\u017ee jinak nikoho moc nezaj\u00edm\u00e1, jestli se o sebe star\u00e1te,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Tereza. Ne v\u017edycky vysportuje zp\u00e1tky cel\u00fdch 30 %, ale a\u017e pr\u00fd Mutumutu spust\u00ed v aplikaci j\u00f3gu, ur\u010dit\u011b se j\u00ed to povede.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Bez sportu bych nevydr\u017eel<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>M\u00edra Esser<\/strong> podnik\u00e1, m\u00e1 t\u0159i d\u011bti, ale b\u011b\u017en\u011b najezd\u00ed na kole a\u017e 8000 km za rok. Osobn\u00ed rekord na maraton m\u00e1 3 hodiny a 14 a zkou\u0161el i triatlon. Jinak je ale extr\u00e9mn\u011b vyt\u00ed\u017een\u00fd a po\u0159\u00e1d \u0159e\u0161\u00ed, jak skloubit pr\u00e1ci, rodinu a sport. \u201eAbych nic ne\u0161idil. Sna\u017e\u00edm se samoz\u0159ejm\u011b sportovat s rodinou. Kdy\u017e to jde, vyraz\u00edme plavat, na kolo, na lezeckou st\u011bnu. Odm\u011bnu 30 % m\u011bl jistou od prvn\u00edho dne.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed respekt m\u00e1 tak M\u00edra hlavn\u011b k lidem, co um\u00ed v \u017eivot\u011b v\u011bci dob\u0159e vybalancovat. \u201eMus\u00edm se hl\u00eddat, abych sportu \u00fapln\u011b nepropadl. Chci tr\u00e1vit v\u00edc \u010dasu s d\u011btmi. Respektuju ty, kte\u0159\u00ed si dovedou ur\u010dit priority a vystoupit z jak\u00e9hokoli rozjet\u00e9ho vlaku, aby n\u011bco zm\u011bnili,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sport je pro M\u00edru \u00fapln\u011b p\u0159irozen\u00fd, ale je na sebe p\u0159\u00edsn\u00fd, pokud jde o zlozvyky. \u201eHl\u00edd\u00e1m si hodn\u011b kafe, cukr, lepek, ale i p\u0159em\u00edru masa nebo ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00fdch v\u00fdrobk\u016f,\u201c vysv\u011btluje. Jak s\u00e1m \u0159\u00edk\u00e1, ne v\u017edycky se to \u00fapln\u011b da\u0159\u00ed, ale p\u0159ece jen je p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010den\u00fd, \u017ee na vlastn\u00edm t\u011ble pozoruje zm\u011bny k lep\u0161\u00edmu. \u201eKdy\u017e m\u011b ale popadne neovladateln\u00e1 chu\u0165 na k\u00e1vu, tak si ji d\u00e1m. Ale neosladil jsem si ji u\u017e roky!\u201c usm\u00edv\u00e1 se.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">M\u00edra tedy \u017e\u00e1dnou motivaci ke sportu nepot\u0159eboval. Ale \u017eivotn\u00ed poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed \u0159e\u0161il proto, \u017ee \u017eiv\u00ed p\u011bti\u010dlennou rodinu. \u201eNechci v\u016fbec myslet na to, co by bylo, kdyby se mi n\u011bco stalo. Kdybych nemohl vyd\u011bl\u00e1vat, byl by to okam\u017eit\u011b obrovsk\u00fd probl\u00e9m \u2013 hypot\u00e9ka i v\u0161echno ostatn\u00ed. No a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mutumutu.cz\/\">Mutumutu<\/a> je jedin\u00e9 poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed, kter\u00e9 mi vrac\u00ed pen\u00edze za to, \u017ee sportuju. Tak\u017ee nebylo v\u016fbec co \u0159e\u0161it. P\u0159e\u0161el jsem okam\u017eit\u011b.\u201c<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Nechte se motivovat a d\u011blejte n\u011bco pro sv\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed. Za pozitivn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstup k \u017eivotu v\u00e1s odm\u011bn\u00edme. Vr\u00e1t\u00edme v\u00e1m 20 % z ceny poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed za radost ze sportu, dal\u0161\u00edch 5 % za to, \u017ee nekou\u0159\u00edte a 5 % pokud pravideln\u011b chod\u00edte na l\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00e9 prohl\u00eddky. U\u017e to d\u011bl\u00e1te?
