Pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b bychom potom sp\u00ed\u0161e hubli, ne\u017e p\u0159ib\u00edrali. Pot\u00ed\u017ee se vst\u0159eb\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00edm \u017eivin mohou m\u00edt pr\u00e1v\u011b nel\u00e9\u010den\u00ed celiaci. Ale pokud v r\u00e1mci pestr\u00e9 stravy konzumujeme r\u016fzn\u00e9 celozrnn\u00e9 obiloviny a v\u00fdrobky z nich, nem\u011bl by nastat \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd probl\u00e9m.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Co se naopak stane, kdy\u017e lepek v\u016fbec nej\u00edme, i kdy\u017e nejsme celiaci? Tvrd\u00ed se, \u017ee na n\u011bj dosp\u011bl\u00ed lid\u00e9 \u201enejsou stav\u011bn\u00ed\u201c. Co si o tom mysl\u00edte vy?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><b>Andrea:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Pokud nem\u00e1 alergii na b\u00edlkovinu kravsk\u00e9ho ml\u00e9ka nebo intoleranci ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00e9ho cukru \u2013 lakt\u00f3zy, dosp\u011bl\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk s tr\u00e1ven\u00edm ml\u00e9ka nebude m\u00edt \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd probl\u00e9m. I v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee intoleranci lakt\u00f3zy diagnostikovanou m\u00e1me, nejde v\u011bt\u0161inou o absolutn\u00ed deficit lakt\u00e1zy, tedy enzymu, kter\u00fd lakt\u00f3zu \u0161t\u011bp\u00ed, ale pouze o jej\u00ed sn\u00ed\u017een\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed. V\u0161echno jsou to koncentrovan\u00e9 zdroje cukru, a aby n\u00e1m k n\u011b\u010demu byly miner\u00e1ln\u00ed l\u00e1tky, kter\u00e9 obsahuj\u00ed, museli bychom toho cukru sn\u00edst tolik, \u017ee by negativa rychle p\u0159ev\u00e1\u017eila.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Takov\u00e1 v\u00fdjimka je \u010dekankov\u00fd sirup, kter\u00fd obsahuje vl\u00e1kninu \u2013 inulin, a ten je p\u0159irozen\u011b sladk\u00fd, tak\u017ee si m\u016f\u017eeme ovesnou ka\u0161i nebo l\u00edvance vlastn\u011b osladit vl\u00e1kninou.
