Dietologov\u00e9 a v\u00fd\u017eiv\u00e1\u0159i po cel\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b tedy zbyst\u0159ili a v\u0161em doporu\u010dovali sn\u00ed\u017eit p\u0159\u00edjem tuk\u016f na maxim\u00e1ln\u011b 30 % denn\u00edho energetick\u00e9ho p\u0159\u00edjmu, a t\u011bch \u201e\u0161patn\u00fdch\u201c, \u017eivo\u010di\u0161n\u00fdch, dokonce jen na 10 %. A te\u010f se dr\u017ete. V\u00a0roce 2015 se poradn\u00ed t\u00fdm expert\u016f americk\u00e9 vl\u00e1dy, kter\u00fd sestavuje potravinov\u00e1 doporu\u010den\u00ed, rozhodl varov\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159ed tuky s\u00a0vysok\u00fdm obsahem cholesterolu zru\u0161it. D\u016fvod? P\u016fvodn\u00ed studie byla provedena na p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 mal\u00e9m vzorku nemocn\u00fdch mu\u017e\u016f a v\u016fbec nem\u011bla vzniknout. V\u011b\u0159ili jsme, \u017ee jsou \u0161patn\u00e9, a tak jsme svou pozornost zam\u011b\u0159ili na j\u00eddla, co jich obsahovala minimum. Boom n\u00edzkotu\u010dn\u00fdch <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.new.prod.mutu.creativedock.cloud\/blog\/2019\/01\/03\/blog-potraviny-s-vysokym-obsahem-bilkovin-pro-vase-svaly\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">potravin<\/a> u\u017e je za n\u00e1mi proto, \u017ee jednodu\u0161e nefunguj\u00ed. Sn\u00ed\u017een\u00fd obsah tuku v\u00a0nich toti\u017e nahrazuj\u00ed um\u011blotiny, cukry a um\u011bl\u00e1 sladidla. To v\u0161echno naopak podporuje chu\u0165 k\u00a0j\u00eddlu, tak\u017ee m\u00edsto toho, abyste si dali jeden poctiv\u00fd plnotu\u010dn\u00fd jogurt, zdl\u00e1bnete t\u0159i n\u00edzkotu\u010dn\u00e9. Efekt je r\u00e1zem nula. Proto\u017ee v\u00e1pn\u00edk je prevenc\u00ed osteopor\u00f3zy. Jen\u017ee se \u010dasem zjistilo, \u017ee kravsk\u00e9 ml\u00e9ko je velmi siln\u00fd alergen, jen\u017e m\u00e1 na sv\u011bdom\u00ed astma, ekz\u00e9my, z\u00e1n\u011bty a autoimunitn\u00ed onemocn\u011bn\u00ed. Jestli v\u00e1m ml\u00e9ko nikdy nechutnalo, m\u016f\u017eete zaj\u00e1sat a prost\u011b ho \u0161krtnout z\u00a0j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku. Do kafe si dejte n\u011bjak\u00e9 rostlinn\u00e9 (nebo kapku kravsk\u00e9ho), v\u00e1pn\u00edk do sebe dostanete z\u00a0fermentovan\u00fdch ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00fdch v\u00fdrobk\u016f (jogurty nebo kef\u00edry) nebo z\u00a0rostlinn\u00fdch zdroj\u016f. T\u0159eba z\u00a0kysan\u00e9ho zel\u00ed, kapusty, brokolice, kv\u011bt\u00e1ku, mlet\u00e9ho m\u00e1ku nebo konopn\u00fdch sem\u00ednek.
