Jeden z nich je, \u017ee si p\u0159edstavujete, \u017ee jste v lese. M\u00e1te na to celoodpru\u017een\u00e9 kolo, se kter\u00fdm by z\u00e1vodn\u00edci Michal M\u00e1ro\u0161i nebo Richard Gasperotti sjeli nejm\u00e9n\u011b K2. \u0158\u00edd\u00edtka alespo\u0148 metr \u0161irok\u00e1, na gum\u00e1ch drap\u00e1ky jak od traktoru a \u0159\u00edt\u00edte se tak, \u017ee rodinky na n\u00e1plavce zahazuj\u00ed instastories a uskakuj\u00ed rad\u0161i za kachnami do vody. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00dapln\u011b jinak, a p\u0159esto stejn\u00e9 to je, kdy\u017e se z v\u00e1s stane <em>mamil<\/em>, neboli mu\u017e st\u0159edn\u00edho v\u011bku v elas\u0165\u00e1k\u00e1ch. Ale nic ve zl\u00e9m. Takov\u00fd zp\u016fsob fitnessu nen\u00ed pro ka\u017ed\u00e9ho a hlavn\u011b nen\u00ed p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 efektivn\u00ed. P\u0159ipom\u00edn\u00e1 mi to m\u00e9ho kolegu, kter\u00fd chod\u00ed ka\u017ed\u00fd den do posilovny, aby si tam zaplatil ch\u016fzi po p\u00e1su, ale v pr\u00e1ci do prvn\u00edho patra jezd\u00ed sve\u0159ep\u011b v\u00fdtahem, \u201eproto\u017ee ho bol\u00ed nohy\u201c. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ono nen\u00ed t\u0159eba extr\u00e9mn\u00edch v\u00fdkon\u016f a n\u00e1sledn\u00e9ho extr\u00e9mn\u00edho odpo\u010dinku. Sta\u010d\u00ed si pom\u00e1hat v \u017eivot\u011b sal\u00e1movou metodou a m\u00edsto mali\u010dk\u00fdch p\u0159esun\u016f autem nebo MHD jezdit pr\u00e1v\u011b na kole. Nad\u0161enci \u0159eknou: budu teda chodit p\u011b\u0161ky. Jen\u017ee to je kupodivu v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed ob\u011b\u0165 ne\u017e na kole. Mus\u00edte toti\u017e zm\u011bnit sv\u016fj time management. Ch\u016fze zabere v\u00edc \u010dasu ne\u017e MHD nebo auto. Naopak kolo je \u010dasto rychlej\u0161\u00ed. Sv\u016fj \u017eivot tak neomezujete, ale zlep\u0161ujete. Kdy\u017e jsem se po n\u011bkolika m\u011bs\u00edc\u00edch je\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed na m\u011bstsk\u00e9m kole na chv\u00edli vr\u00e1til ke sv\u00e9mu horsk\u00e9mu, byl jsem zd\u011b\u0161en, jak m\u011b z toho bol\u00ed z\u00e1da. A taky jsem najednou nev\u011bd\u011bl, kam si d\u00e1t v\u011bci, nem\u011blo to zvonek (ten je kupodivu ve m\u011bst\u011b z\u00e1sadn\u00ed) ani blatn\u00edky. Nehled\u011b na to, \u017ee kdybych m\u011bl z\u00e1vodn\u00ed silni\u010dku, pot\u0159ebuju je\u0161t\u011b kufry (boty se speci\u00e1ln\u00edm v\u00e1z\u00e1n\u00edm), co\u017e je na popojet\u00ed po m\u011bst\u011b dost nesmysl. Prost\u011b v\u0161echno \u0161patn\u011b.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Ale stoj\u00ed to krati\u010dk\u00e9 popoj\u00ed\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed v\u016fbec za to?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">M\u00e1te pocit, \u017ee ujet kilometr do kav\u00e1rny nebo do obchodu za to ani nestoj\u00ed? \u017de to nen\u00ed nic proti des\u00edtk\u00e1m kil\u00e1k\u016f, kter\u00e9 d\u00e1te ve\u010der po pr\u00e1ci na po\u0159\u00e1dn\u00e9m kole? Obl\u00e9knout se do \u201esexy\u201c dresu a str\u00e1vit ve\u010der na kole ale nen\u00ed pro ka\u017ed\u00e9ho. T\u0159eba j\u00e1 na to nem\u00e1m \u010das ani chu\u0165. Popoj\u00ed\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed po m\u011bst\u011b b\u011bhem dne mi vyhovuje a donut\u00ed m\u011b to k\u00a0akci, i kdy\u017e se mi zrovna nechce. J\u00edzda na kole mi pom\u00e1h\u00e1 sn\u00ed\u017eit efekt stresu. C\u00edt\u00edme-li akutn\u00ed stres, t\u011blo vylou\u010d\u00ed adrenalin, abychom si s moment\u00e1ln\u00ed situac\u00ed poradili. V takov\u00fdch chv\u00edl\u00edch zapomeneme na \u00fanavu i na hlad a dok\u00e1\u017eeme b\u00fdt extr\u00e9mn\u011b v\u00fdkonn\u00ed. M\u00edsto toho si sedneme zp\u00e1tky na \u017eidli v teple a bezpe\u010d\u00ed kancel\u00e1\u0159e a \u010dek\u00e1me. Ka\u017ed\u00fd den m\u00edj\u00edm vystresovan\u00e9 lidi na zast\u00e1vk\u00e1ch a v autech, jak \u010dekaj\u00ed. J\u00e1 s\u00e1m si p\u0159itom pokojn\u011b vyplavuji stres tak, \u017ee kdy\u017e nest\u00edh\u00e1m, prost\u011b jen rychleji \u0161lapu. V\u0161echno se tak vy\u0159e\u0161\u00ed samo, a je\u0161t\u011b doraz\u00edm d\u0159\u00edv do pr\u00e1ce. <\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>M\u00e1m si teda koupit kolo?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Na je\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed po m\u011bst\u011b ne. Alespo\u0148 pokud bydl\u00edte n\u011bkde, kde funguje bikesharing. Za sv\u016fj \u017eivot v Praze u\u017e jsem p\u0159i\u0161el o t\u0159i vymazlen\u00e9 cannondaly. Sd\u00edlen\u00e1 kola jsou p\u0159i pravideln\u00e9m je\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed neuv\u011b\u0159iteln\u011b levn\u00e1. P\u0159edplatn\u00e9 u Rekol stoj\u00ed tis\u00edcovku ro\u010dn\u011b a nemus\u00edte se o nic starat. Nemus\u00edte \u0159e\u0161it, co ud\u011blat s kolem, kdy\u017e potk\u00e1te kamar\u00e1da, kter\u00fd jde p\u011b\u0161ky, nebo rozhodnete-li se ne\u010dekan\u011b zaj\u00edt do kina, kam zaparkovat kolo tak, aby v\u00e1m ho nikdo neukradl. Kolo m\u00e1 nav\u00edc v\u0161echno, co pot\u0159ebujete na silnici v\u010detn\u011b funk\u010dn\u00edch sv\u011btel a ko\u0161\u00edku. A v\u016fbec nen\u00ed probl\u00e9m, \u017ee je n\u011bkdy zaparkovan\u00e9 d\u00e1l. Doj\u00edt si pro n\u011bj je pro m\u011b n\u011bco jako hled\u00e1n\u00ed Pok\u00e9mon\u016f na cest\u011b, kterou by m\u011b nikdy nenapadlo j\u00edt.
