A tak kdy\u017e se m\u011b jednou v\u00a0n\u011bjak\u00e9m m\u00e9diu zeptali, \u010d\u00edm se vlastn\u011b \u017eiv\u00edm, vypadlo ze m\u011b, \u017ee \u201enutri\u010dn\u00ed gastronomi\u00ed\u201c, proto\u017ee jsem se tehdy nec\u00edtila vyhran\u011bn\u00e1, ale kucha\u0159ina a v\u00fd\u017eiva bylo to, co moji pr\u00e1ci reflektovalo vlastn\u011b nejv\u00edc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Za ty roky se to ale dost posunulo, tak\u017ee te\u010f jste m\u011b zrovna p\u0159istihla v\u00a0obdob\u00ed, kdy p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161l\u00edm nad n\u011bjakou zm\u011bnou. V\u017edycky jsem t\u00edhla ke zdrav\u00e9mu a rozumn\u00e9mu \u017eivotn\u00edmu stylu, miluju va\u0159en\u00ed a v\u00a0obou t\u011bchto oborech jsem si taky doplnila vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00ed, jenom u\u017e m\u00e1m pocit, \u017ee t\u011bch v\u011bc\u00ed co d\u011bl\u00e1m, je vlastn\u011b mnohem v\u00edc. V\u00a0posledn\u00ed dob\u011b hodn\u011b fot\u00edm, st\u00e1le v\u00edce cestuju a ty \u0161katulky m\u011b vlastn\u011b u\u017e v\u016fbec nebav\u00ed. Krom\u011b toho vym\u00fd\u0161l\u00edm nov\u00e1 menu do sv\u00fdch kurz\u016f va\u0159en\u00ed, fot\u00edm, p\u00ed\u0161u, prov\u00e1z\u00edm po Sap\u011b, a tento t\u00fdden \u0161la do tisku anglick\u00e1 verze kucha\u0159ky Modern Vegan Desserts Petry Stahlov\u00e9, kterou jsem m\u011bla tu \u010dest nafotit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Jak\u00e9 j\u00eddlo je va\u0161\u00edm \u201ccomfort food\u201d a pro\u010d? <\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Takov\u00e9 j\u00eddlo asi nem\u00e1m. Ka\u017ed\u00fd m\u00e1me jinou konstituci, jinou genetickou v\u00fdbavu, jsme v\u00a0r\u016fzn\u00e9m hormon\u00e1ln\u00edm cyklu, ale taky m\u00e1me rozd\u00edln\u00e9 zvyky i p\u0159edstavy o vlastn\u00edm \u017eivot\u011b, jin\u00e9 chut\u011b a pot\u0159eby&#8230; Tak\u017ee j\u00e1 j\u00edm a piju, kdy\u017e m\u00e1m hlad a \u017e\u00edze\u0148. A sna\u017e\u00edm se to nezam\u011b\u0148ovat za n\u011bjak\u00e9 chut\u011b a n\u00e1lady, kter\u00fdm \u010dasto podl\u00e9h\u00e1me, kdy\u017e jsme t\u0159eba ve stresu nebo unaven\u00ed. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Jako mal\u00e1 jste trp\u011bla alergiemi, astmatem i atopick\u00fdm ekz\u00e9mem. Pomohla v\u00e1m zdrav\u00e1 strava ke zlep\u0161en\u00ed zdrav\u00ed? <\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Te\u010f to bude vypadat, \u017ee si proti\u0159e\u010d\u00edm, kdy\u017e jsem v\u00a0p\u0159edchoz\u00ed ot\u00e1zce odpov\u00eddala, \u017ee nem\u00e1m r\u00e1da zobec\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed, ale zrovna v\u00a0tomhle p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b bych tu odpov\u011b\u010f naopak roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159ila, pomohl mi zdrav\u00fd p\u0159\u00edstup k\u00a0\u017eivotu. Ono to toti\u017e nen\u00ed jenom o j\u00eddle, ale pr\u00e1v\u011b o tom rozumn\u00e9m nebo zodpov\u011bdn\u00e9m, chcete-li, zdrav\u00e9m \u017eivotn\u00edm stylu. J\u00eddlo je o kvalit\u011b a zdrav\u00fd \u017eivotn\u00ed styl nen\u00ed dieta. Ale vn\u00edm\u00e1m je pr\u00e1v\u011b hlavn\u011b jako trendy a jako n\u011bco, co n\u00e1m m\u016f\u017ee o\u017eivit \u201epestr\u00fd j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dek\u201c, kter\u00fd by nem\u011bl b\u00fdt p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 omezen\u00fd, pokud to na\u0161e zdrav\u00ed nevy\u017eaduje.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Na ja\u0159e se spousta z n\u00e1s pot\u00fdk\u00e1 s jarn\u00ed \u00fanavou. D\u00e1 se zm\u00edrnit stravou? <\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jarn\u00ed \u00fanava je norm\u00e1ln\u00ed jev, kter\u00fdm na\u0161e t\u011blo reaguje na klimatick\u00e9 a dal\u0161\u00ed zm\u011bny odpov\u00eddaj\u00edc\u00ed takov\u00e9mu obdob\u00ed, tak\u017ee sp\u00ed\u0161 ne\u017e se pt\u00e1t, jak na takovou v\u011bc \u201evyzr\u00e1t\u201c je podle m\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed si p\u0159iznat, \u017ee to tak prost\u011b je.
