Pokud je dortov\u00e1 forma mal\u00e1, bude vznikl\u00e9 t\u011bsto sta\u010dit. Pokud je v\u0161ak dortov\u00e1 forma v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed, d\u00e1vku zdvojn\u00e1sobte nebo p\u0159idejte pohanku s moukou. N\u00e1sledn\u011b t\u011bsto zatla\u010dte na dno formy.
