A nejen\u017ee si p\u0159ilep\u0161\u00edte, nav\u00edc budete d\u00e9le \u017e\u00edt.<\/b><\/p>\n<h2><b>Ve zdrav\u00e9m t\u011ble roky nav\u00edc<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u017de pohyb prodlu\u017euje <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.new.prod.mutu.creativedock.cloud\/blog\/2019\/09\/24\/jak-se-dozit-stovky-zdravy-zivotni-styl-nestaci\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u017eivot<\/a>, to je zn\u00e1m\u00e1 v\u011bc. Skupina v\u00fdzkumn\u00edk\u016f z\u00a0n\u011bkolika americk\u00fdch, norsk\u00fdch a \u0161v\u00e9dsk\u00fdch univerzit se rozhodla zjistit, kolik \u201ebonusov\u00fdch\u201c let si <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.new.prod.mutu.creativedock.cloud\/blog\/2019\/03\/25\/dostat-se-do-formy-ve-strednim-veku-se-vyplati-stejne-jako-kdyz-sportujete-od-mladi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">fyzickou aktivitou<\/a> skute\u010dn\u011b vyslou\u017e\u00edme. Na pomoc si vzali 654\u00a0827 mu\u017e\u016f i \u017een, v\u011bt\u0161inou Ameri\u010dan\u016f a Ameri\u010danek, ve v\u011bku od 21 do 90 let.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Data t\u00e9to po\u010detn\u00e9 skupiny u\u017e p\u0159edt\u00edm v\u00a0\u0161esti r\u016fzn\u00fdch v\u00fdzkumech shrom\u00e1\u017edil americk\u00fd N\u00e1rodn\u00ed institut pro v\u00fdzkum rakoviny. I oni si vzali k\u00a0ruce solidn\u00ed vzorek populace: sledovali 48\u00a0775 poji\u0161t\u011bnc\u016f ve v\u011bku od 40 do 79 let. V\u00a0Japonsku m\u00e1 toti\u017e ka\u017ed\u00fd, kdo si plat\u00ed zdravotn\u00ed poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed, po \u010dty\u0159ic\u00edtce n\u00e1rok na ka\u017edoro\u010dn\u00ed l\u00e9ka\u0159skou prohl\u00eddku zdarma. Ne ka\u017ed\u00fd toho v\u0161ak vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Japonsk\u00e1 studie \u00fa\u010dinnosti preventivn\u00edch prohl\u00eddek na sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed rizika p\u0159ed\u010dasn\u00e9 smrti<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">V\u00fdzkumn\u00edci si u jednotliv\u00fdch lid\u00ed po cel\u00fdch jeden\u00e1ct let zaznamen\u00e1vali, zda na kontroly chod\u00ed, nebo ne, a jejich chu\u0165 nebo nechu\u0165 zaj\u00edt k\u00a0doktorovi porovnali s\u00a0jejich \u201e\u0161ancemi na smrt\u201c. Zjistili je s\u00a0pomoc\u00ed Coxova modelu proporcion\u00e1ln\u00edch rizik, kter\u00fd je jednou z\u00a0nejpou\u017e\u00edvan\u011bj\u0161\u00edch a nejspolehliv\u011bj\u0161\u00edch metod pro anal\u00fdzu p\u0159e\u017eit\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Domn\u011bnka v\u011bdc\u016f se potvrdila. U t\u011bch, kte\u0159\u00ed na prohl\u00eddky skute\u010dn\u011b chodili, se riziko p\u0159ed\u010dasn\u00e9 smrti podstatn\u011b sn\u00ed\u017eilo. U zodpov\u011bdn\u00fdch mu\u017e\u016f o 26 % oproti t\u011bm, kte\u0159\u00ed m\u011bli prevenci na h\u00e1ku, u \u017een pak dokonce o 31 %. Pravideln\u00ed n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvn\u00edci ordinac\u00ed tak\u00e9 sn\u00ed\u017eili hrozbu, \u017ee zem\u0159ou na <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.new.prod.mutu.creativedock.cloud\/blog\/2019\/10\/07\/svezi-mysl-a-nizsi-riziko-infarktu-10-duvodu-proc-zacit-chodit-do-sauny\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00ed choroby<\/a>. Mu\u017ei o 35 %, \u017eeny o 39 %.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Deset let k\u00a0dobru, 5 % zp\u00e1tky<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O tom, \u017ee kou\u0159en\u00ed zab\u00edj\u00ed, jste u\u017e asi p\u00e1rkr\u00e1t sly\u0161eli. Tomu, jak, kdy a v\u00a0jak\u00e9 intenzit\u011b, se u\u017e v\u011bnovala cel\u00e1 \u0159ada studi\u00ed. <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC437139\/?tool\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jednu star\u0161\u00ed<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, zato velmi podrobnou a po\u0159\u00e1d aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed, publikovali v\u011bdci z\u00a0Oxfordu. V\u00a0letech 1951 a\u017e 2001 zkoumali 34\u00a0439 Brit\u016f. V\u00fdzkumn\u00edci si ov\u0161em posv\u00edtili i na ty, kte\u0159\u00ed s\u00a0kou\u0159en\u00edm v\u00a0ur\u010ditou chv\u00edli sekli.
