V\u00fdsledky nebyly ani zdaleka p\u0159ekvapuj\u00edc\u00ed. Za jeho zachov\u00e1n\u00ed se postavilo pouze \u0158ecko a Kypr, kde takto hlasovalo v\u00edce ne\u017e 50 % lid\u00ed. Ostatn\u00ed zem\u011b EU se pohybuj\u00ed s odpov\u011b\u010fmi okolo zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00e9ho pr\u016fm\u011bru \u2013 v\u010detn\u011b \u010cesk\u00e9 republiky.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>V\u00e1le\u010dn\u00e9 \u0161et\u0159en\u00ed<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kde se v\u016fbec zm\u011bna \u010dasu vzala? Za hlavn\u00edho populariz\u00e1tora zm\u011bny \u010dasu lze ozna\u010dit rakousko-uherskou monarchii. V\u0161e za\u010dalo 30. dubna 1916, kdy se hodinov\u00e1 ru\u010di\u010dka posunula dop\u0159edu o jednu hodinu. A pro\u010d? K \u00fapln\u00e9mu zakotven\u00ed zm\u011bny u n\u00e1s do\u0161lo v roce 1979, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e re\u017eim v cel\u00e9 EU se sjednotil a\u017e v roce 1996. \u010cesk\u00e1 republika a dal\u0161\u00ed ne\u010dlensk\u00e9 st\u00e1ty se mu tehdy p\u0159izp\u016fsobily. <\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>\u010cas odm\u011b\u0159ovala voda <\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I prastar\u00e9 civilizace se sna\u017eily o jak\u00e9si ukotven\u00ed \u010dasu tak, aby se j\u00edm mohl \u0159\u00eddit ka\u017ed\u00fd. Bez \u0159\u00e1du by toti\u017e panoval chaos. Otroci by nev\u011bd\u011bli, kdy p\u0159ijde bud\u00ed\u010dek, a vysoce postaven\u00ed by zase chodili pozd\u011b na dostaven\u00ed\u010dka. <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/enddaylightsavingtime.org\/the-complete-history-of-daylight-saving-time\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Proto m\u011bli nap\u0159\u00edklad ve starov\u011bk\u00e9m \u0158ecku a \u0158\u00edm\u011b takzvan\u00e9 vodn\u00ed hodiny<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. \u0160lo o n\u00e1doby s d\u00edrkou vespod, ze kter\u00e9 vyt\u00e9kala postupn\u011b voda. V podstat\u011b to byly p\u0159es\u00fdpac\u00ed hodiny s vodou. <\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>St\u0159\u00edd\u00e1n\u00ed ni\u010ditelem p\u0159irozenosti<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tehdy se v\u0161ak \u201e\u010das\u201c p\u0159irozen\u011b p\u0159izp\u016fsoboval denn\u00edmu sv\u011btlu. Dnes je to trochu jinak. I kdy\u017e se zd\u00e1, \u017ee se druh\u00fd den holt p\u016fjde sp\u00e1t d\u0159\u00edv, aby se dostalo v\u0161e do normy, nen\u00ed tomu tak. Kanadsk\u00e1 studie z roku 1996 potvrdila, \u017ee t\u011bsn\u011b po zm\u011bn\u011b na letn\u00ed \u010das se zv\u00fd\u0161il po\u010det dopravn\u00edch nehod. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Na druhou stranu t\u011bsn\u011b po zm\u011bn\u011b na standardn\u00ed \u010das v \u0159\u00edjnu, kdy lid\u00e9 z\u00edsk\u00e1vaj\u00ed hodinu sp\u00e1nku k dobru, se nehodovost sn\u00ed\u017eila. \u201eShrom\u00e1\u017ed\u011bn\u00e1 data n\u00e1m uk\u00e1zala, \u017ee i drobn\u00e1 zm\u011bna v mno\u017estv\u00ed sp\u00e1nku m\u00e1 z\u00e1sadn\u00ed vliv na ka\u017edodenn\u00ed aktivity. Se zm\u011bnou \u010dasu se v r\u00e1mci psychick\u00fdch poruch nej\u010dast\u011bji setk\u00e1me se sez\u00f3nn\u00ed afektivn\u00ed poruchou. Pokud by tedy v\u0161e vy\u0161lo podle pl\u00e1n\u016f, povinn\u011b by se naposledy ru\u010di\u010dka posunula 31. b\u0159ezna 2019.
