Sekl se a napsal \u0161patn\u011b desetinnou \u010d\u00e1rku, a tak m\u011bl najednou \u0161pen\u00e1t desetkr\u00e1t v\u00edc \u017eeleza a stal se z\u00e1zra\u010dnou zeleninou. Jen proto vznikl Pepek n\u00e1mo\u0159n\u00edk, kter\u00fd se v\u017edy nadopuje \u0161pen\u00e1tem, svaly mu nab\u011bhnou jako Arnoldovi v Barbarovi Conanovi a u\u017e \u0159e\u017ee nep\u0159\u00e1tele hlava nehlava. I kdy\u017e m\u011bl najednou m\u00edsto 30 mg\/100g \u017eeleza u\u017e jen 3 mg. \u0160pen\u00e1tu neub\u00edr\u00e1 na pov\u011bsti ani fakt, \u017ee obsahuje tolik \u017eeleza jako v\u011bt\u0161ina ostatn\u00ed listov\u00e9 zeleniny. \u00a0To nevadilo ani \u010cech\u016fm, a tak tuto nepr\u00e1vem adorovanou listovou zeleninu oslavili v roce 1977 filmem Co\u017e takhle d\u00e1t si \u0161pen\u00e1t.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I kdy\u017e \u0161pen\u00e1t nen\u00ed z\u00e1zra\u010dn\u00fdm zdrojem \u017eeleza, je to zdrav\u00ed prosp\u011b\u0161n\u00e1 potravina. Obsahuje hodn\u011b vitam\u00ednu A, B i C a taky betakarotenu, kter\u00fd chr\u00e1n\u00ed ple\u0165 p\u0159ed \u0161kodliv\u00fdm sluncem. Jen britsk\u00e1 v\u00e1le\u010dn\u00e1 propaganda <\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ano, ani \u010dast\u00e9 tvrzen\u00ed, \u017ee mrkev je dobr\u00e1 na o\u010di, nen\u00ed pravda. P\u0159esto tomu lid\u00e9 v\u011b\u0159\u00ed u\u017e 80 let. Kdo a kdy tohle lidstvu nakukal? Bylo to b\u011bhem druh\u00e9 sv\u011btov\u00e9 v\u00e1lky v Brit\u00e1nii. Britsk\u00e9 kr\u00e1lovsk\u00e9 letectvo potaj\u00ed pou\u017e\u00edvalo radar, d\u00edky kter\u00e9mu vid\u011blo v\u00fdborn\u011b i v noci. Jen\u017ee aby se tahle supertajn\u00e1 informace nedostala a\u017e k nep\u0159\u00edteli, muselo se to n\u011bjak zakamuflovat. <\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<h2><strong><i>Papej mrkvi\u010dku, je dobr\u00e1 na o\u010di, sl\u00fdch\u00e1v\u00e1me od maminek je\u0161t\u011b dnes.<\/i><\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jak vysv\u011btlit skv\u011bl\u00e9 no\u010dn\u00ed vid\u011bn\u00ed? Mrkev. Potravin bylo m\u00e1lo, ale mrkve bylo dost. Kr\u00e1sn\u00e9 marketingov\u00e9 spojen\u00ed, aby byli lidi nad\u0161en\u00ed a konzumovali to, \u010deho je dostatek. A tak arm\u00e1da stvo\u0159ila velk\u00fd zeleninov\u00fd m\u00fdtus. Propaganda to dot\u00e1hla a z mrkve se stala hrdinsk\u00e1 zelenina, po jej\u00edm\u017e po\u017eit\u00ed piloti vid\u00ed i ve tm\u011b. No a i kdy\u017e to pak v\u0161echno prasklo, v\u011b\u0159\u00edme tomu mnohdy je\u0161t\u011b dnes. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I kdy\u017e i na tomto druh\u00e9m zeleninov\u00e9m m\u00fdtu n\u011bco je. Mrkev toti\u017e obsahuje beta-karoten, l\u00e1tku, ze kter\u00e9 v lidsk\u00e9m t\u011ble vznik\u00e1 vitam\u00edn A, kter\u00fd je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd pro spr\u00e1vnou v\u00fd\u017eivu o\u010dn\u00ed s\u00edtnice. Tak\u017ee mrkev m\u00e1 nep\u0159\u00edm\u00fd vliv na zrak. Ale zhruba stejn\u00fd jako listov\u00e1 zelenina, kuku\u0159ice nebo ryb\u00ed tuk.
