Vzpom\u00edn\u00e1te si na to, jak jste jedli meru\u0148kov\u00e9 knedl\u00edky a bylo to tak stra\u0161n\u011b stra\u0161n\u011b dobr\u00e9, \u017ee jste nemohli p\u0159estat? A ty bezstarostn\u00e9 chv\u00edle prost\u011b zmizely. Hran\u00ed v lese nahradila pr\u00e1ce a povinnosti. Je t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 se zastavit a zhluboka se nadechnout, um\u011bt odpo\u010d\u00edvat, nestresovat se. Je zatracen\u011b t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 um\u011bt spr\u00e1vn\u011b \u017e\u00edt. <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kosmas.cz\/knihy\/132876\/dopisy-za-prateli-poprve\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">William Saroyan<\/span><\/i><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> ve sv\u00fdch dopisech rad\u00ed za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00edc\u00edm spisovatel\u016fm: \u201eNau\u010dte se zhluboka d\u00fdchat. Kdy\u017e j\u00edte, vychutn\u00e1vejte si j\u00eddlo, kdy\u017e jdete sp\u00e1t, doopravdy sp\u011bte. Cel\u00fd sv\u016fj \u017eivot se soust\u0159e\u010fte na vlastn\u00ed mysl, a kdy\u017e se sm\u011bjete, sm\u011bjte se z pln\u00fdch plic.\u201d <\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>\u0160t\u011bst\u00ed jsou vztahy<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u0160t\u011bst\u00ed nez\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed na pen\u011bz\u00edch. Je ukryt\u00e9 v ka\u017edodenn\u00edch \u010dinnostech, mal\u00fdch ritu\u00e1lech, ve v\u011bcech kolem n\u00e1s. Sta\u010d\u00ed si jich jen v\u0161\u00edmat a d\u011blat si \u017eivot v\u011bdom\u011b hez\u010d\u00ed. A je tak\u00e9 v lidech, kter\u00fdmi jsme obklopeni. <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Grant_Study\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">V\u011bdci z Harvardsk\u00e9 univerzity vedou neuv\u011b\u0159iteln\u00fdch 80 let rozs\u00e1hlou longitudin\u00e1ln\u00ed studii<\/span><\/i><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, zam\u011b\u0159enou na ot\u00e1zku kvality lidsk\u00e9ho \u017eivota a pocitu \u0161t\u011bst\u00ed v jeho r\u016fzn\u00fdch f\u00e1z\u00edch. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">V\u00fdzkumu se doposud z\u00fa\u010dastnilo <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">456 chud\u00fdch mu\u017e\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed vyr\u016fstali v Bostonu mezi lety 1939 a 2014, a 268 mu\u017esk\u00fdch absolvent\u016f Harvardu z let 1939 a\u017e 1944. Zhruba 60 mu\u017e\u016f z p\u016fvodn\u00edch 724 je st\u00e1le na\u017eivu a st\u00e1le sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed studie, v\u011bt\u0161in\u011b z nich je p\u0159es 90 let. Postupem \u010dasu se do studie zapojili i man\u017eelky respondent\u016f a jejich potomci, jde tak o jednu z nejrozs\u00e1hlej\u0161\u00edch studi\u00ed mapuj\u00edc\u00edch lidsk\u00e9 \u0161t\u011bst\u00ed. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jej\u00ed v\u00fdsledky shrnul profesor Robert Waldinger, sou\u010dasn\u00fd, v po\u0159ad\u00ed ji\u017e \u010dtvrt\u00fd, vedouc\u00ed studie. Z\u00e1v\u011br je p\u0159ekvapiv\u00fd. O fyzick\u00e9 i psychick\u00e9 spokojenosti ve st\u00e1\u0159\u00ed rozhodovala p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm kvalita mezilidsk\u00fdch vztah\u016f. Pen\u00edze u respondent\u016f tohoto v\u00fdzkumu hr\u00e1ly v\u017edy jen nepatrnou roli. <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/is.vsfs.cz\/repo\/4597\/09_Roubal_s136.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Podle v\u00fdzkumu, kter\u00fd provedl sociolog Ond\u0159ej Roubal<\/span><\/i><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, hodnota pen\u011bz od jist\u00e9 v\u00fd\u0161e m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00edho p\u0159\u00edjmu postupn\u011b ztr\u00e1c\u00ed svou p\u0159ita\u017elivost a pro kvalitu \u017eivota p\u0159est\u00e1v\u00e1 b\u00fdt ur\u010duj\u00edc\u00ed. Kari\u00e9ra a z n\u00ed plynouc\u00ed finan\u010dn\u00ed ohodnocen\u00ed hraj\u00ed bezesporu v lidsk\u00e9m \u017eivot\u011b velmi d\u016fle\u017eitou roli, ale jen do ur\u010dit\u00e9 m\u00edry. Nemus\u00edte se tedy c\u00edtit \u0161patn\u011b, m\u00e1te-li zd\u00e1nliv\u011b pr\u00e1ci sn\u016f, skv\u011bl\u00fd plat a p\u0159ed sebou kari\u00e9rn\u00ed postup, ale p\u0159esto v\u00e1m n\u011bco chyb\u00ed. <\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Hygge<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Louisa Thompsen Britsov\u00e1, autorka knihy <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.jota.cz\/hygge\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hygge<\/span><\/i><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, hled\u00e1 \u0161t\u011bst\u00ed v rytmu ka\u017edodenn\u00edho \u017eivota, v jeho ritu\u00e1lech a zvyc\u00edch. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u0160t\u011bst\u00ed b\u00fdv\u00e1 mnohdy spojov\u00e1no s aktu\u00e1ln\u011b pro\u017e\u00edvan\u00fdmi pozitivn\u00edmi emocemi, pocitem blaha, spokojenosti a harmonie. Skandin\u00e1vsk\u00fd v\u00fdraz hygge to vystihuje velmi trefn\u011b. \u201ePro\u017e\u00edvat hygge znamen\u00e1 poc\u00edtit intimitu a propojen\u00ed. Je to pocit zapojen\u00ed se a \u00fa\u010dast, v\u011bdom\u00ed, \u017ee n\u00e1le\u017e\u00edme jeden druh\u00e9mu a p\u0159\u00edtomn\u00e9mu okam\u017eiku. Hygge je pocit hojnosti a spokojenosti, kter\u00fd spo\u010d\u00edv\u00e1 v b\u00fdt, nikoli m\u00edt,\u201d p\u00ed\u0161e. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zkuste si ve v\u0161edn\u00ed den p\u0159ivstat, ud\u011blat si dobrou k\u00e1vu a t\u0159eba l\u00edvance s \u010derstv\u00fdm ovocem. Pus\u0165te si va\u0161i obl\u00edbenou hudbu nebo kousek filmu, kter\u00fd m\u016f\u017eete vid\u011bt milionkr\u00e1t za rok. Hygge spo\u010d\u00edv\u00e1 v tom, \u017ee m\u00e1te m\u00e1lo, ale sna\u017e\u00edte se v\u0161echno si u\u017e\u00edt, jak nejl\u00e9pe dovedete.
